My father-in-law is considering buying a motor home. Jason Kemila provided him with exceptional customer service. Jason was highly responsive and displayed extensive knowledge, equipping my father-in-law with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

My husband and I are very happy with the team at Woody's Red Deer, from Justin, Gord and Frank not to mention the service dept.and sales dept.as well. We did a trade from a motorhome to a 5th wheel and got exactly what were looking for. They did a complete orientation so we knew about our new pur have. Everyone had a great sense of humor and all were smiling. I would recommend anyone who is lo6 for an RV, go to Woody's.

I was in looking for an rv and was lucky to get Tim. Although I wasn’t sure what I was looking for he had the patience to show me through several options which he was very knowledgeable about. I’m not buying right now but will come back and see him when I’m ready.

When I purchased my trailer from Nelson Simao, they were still in the old location. He has years of experience & it shows. He is VERY knowledgeable with the product & very thorough. I stopped by their new location to pick up some parts from the parts department & Nelson greeted me with a big smile when I walked into the showroom & he asked how the family was doing. He genuinely cares about his customers. I'll always refer customers to Woody's & to go see Nelson. Him & their entire staff will take good care of you. I'll be a lifetime customer.

Highly recommend Owen for anyone looking for a trailer or looking to trade in! I was there a few weeks ago with my brother and we had a great experience with him.

We just bought A Grand Design Imagine 2500RL from Woody's RV World in Red Deer. We live south of Calgary and put our initial offer in online. Jason Kemila was prompt with a phone call to follow up with us. We completed the deal through phone, email and messaging without any issues (we knew what we were buying without having to see the specific unit). Jason was amazingly patient and polite when working through the deal. He was very attentive and responded very quickly, even when he was already gone home for the day. When it came time to pick up the trailer Jason, again, was very kind and professional and his knowledge of the product was excellent. He went through everything we needed to know and made sure we understood how everything worked. There was a small rub mark on the dinette and Jason talked to their service tech who let him know that it was not a warrantyable fix because Grand Design could not be certain how it happened. I'm sorry we can't remember her name but she went over and above to find a fix and did it right there while we waited. Frank, the finance person was also very friendly and made the process very easy for us. No one tried to oversell us at any point in time. We can't say enough good things about Jason, the rest of the staff and our all around experience with this location. We would even consider making the trip up there, even though Calgary is closer, for any service we may need just because everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Loved our experience and highly recommend you take a trip to Red Deer even if there is a closer Woody's for you.

After weeks of planning and preparation, the last thing you want is to discover one of your slides on your RV isn't working! The good people at Woody's got us in the same day and in a couple of hours we were fixed and back on our way.

Great for everything from parts to service on RVs and trailers; but does not do mechanical engine work.

My wife and I purchased a used motor home from Woody’s in Red Deer this past week. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gord on the phone for a couple of days while he patiently answered my many questions. I travelled to Red Deer a couple of days later where the experience only got better. Gord was very accommodating of my needs and we quickly closed the deal. “Sonny” in financing took over and went above and beyond to get me a great interest rate. Every staff member I met was great to deal with. I would highly recommend purchasing from Woody’s.

What can I say but wow.
We walked into a beautiful building that was clean and organized. The staff are just wonderful to talk with and the selection was unbeatable. I loved everything about this place, even the clean bathrooms.

They don’t pay the people who ship the RV’s Woodys and Team RV owe my children and myself $$$. There is an IBEX Trailer with a lien on it in Abbotsford. Woodys finally reached out when the business slowed down. So it can’t be registered. Management still hasn’t acknowledged this even with numerous messages. Poor Business to Business ethic.

We purchased a fifth wheel from Tim Matlock at Woodys Red Deer and was thoroughly impressed with his help on everything involved with the purchase.

I had an excellent experience with Woody’s! We purchased a used fifth wheel from them many months ago. They stored it for a few months as we waited for our resort to open and also delivered it to our new resort! We were able to enjoy the trailer recently and found a couple of leaks under the trailer. Even though we had purchased extended warranty on the trailer, Woody’s offered to come and pick it up, find the problems and deliver it back to our resort! I found this customer service above and beyond my expectations! What a pleasure to deal with! Thanks a bunch!

Went in looking for a product in the Parts Dept that I had not been able to find anywhere else. Woody's had what I needed. That is what I expect from them and they delivered again. Good knowledgeable staff.

Insurance had approved my repairs, but I did not authorize Woodys to do all the repairs they have done. I had to drive an hour to Woodys to see what was done, I took my trailer out then and there! They took it apon themselves to do what they wanted. I was going to deal with the esthetic parts over the winter. I specifically said and wrote to fix 3 Items, they did not contact me at all as to what they were doing nor any sort of a progress report. Trailer was there for almost 2 months. I had called Woodys service department numerous times as to what was going on, they are very good at avoiding, lying and diverting. I have now contacted a lawyer. Stairs and hitch they installed are incorrect.
As you can see in the attached pictures, the highlighted.did NOT occur!

Drew was great came in looking for a bulb for our son’s trailer we had no idea what bulb it needed! Drew did his best to find one and we walked out with one that should work!

Drew was awesome. Helped me out in a pinch and got exactly what I needed.

Sorry, but we sat around for almost an hour with no rush to greet us! Prices are way too much for such tiny units. Piss poor customer experience!

While on our 2 week camping trip at Sylvan lake our propane regulator started leaking, we called and they got us in right away and fixed it for us within hours! I've been buying most of my parts through Woody's since purchasing my camper. Their prices are usually right in line with Amazon and I'm able to get the part when I need it with no delay. Great dealership to deal with!

Drew was very polite, helpful and professional today. Even when he didn’t have the part in stock that we needed he made sure to get one lined up for us. Definitely high reviews on customer service.

Bought a trailer here through Gord, I live in bc so we started talking online and put a deposit on the trailer (used) me and my girlfriend really liked. After a couple weeks talking back and forth getting some things replaced (fenders and awning) our trailer was ready for pickup. We now own the trailer and it is our first travel trailer, Gord went over everything from maintaining seals, to winterizing and un-winterizing and where all the valves and dumps are and the what- what not to do's.
Was telling us an hour after we put down a deposit people were trying to over pay to snag it!
Since we were traveling from here back to the lower mainland in BC he asked us to let him know when we make it back safely and if we have any future questions to contact him anytime!
Its nice dealing with someone who doesn't just want the money and the trailer gone and to never hear from you again like most people in the car industry.

Have visited the old and the beautiful new dealership to pick up parts and love the attentive service. There is always new product for humans and stuff for my pooches. They camp too! Staff is very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

I HAVEN'T bought a Rv to this place but i went there for part and accessories and dam they been good with me offer me to put in system and have 10% all the time.a thing that other place where i bought my RV fail to do.i wish i would've bought mine there service is 10/10. I bough a Kuma gazebo and opon arriving home to install it, one of the pole fail on me.so i call the service guy.no prob bring it back for full exchange and he also give a nice free Kuma carpet for the trouble and they told they were sorry about it.they even check on me couple week later make sure it was all good I was very impressed by that place.in future if i ever buying another rv it WILL be there!

I wish there were more than 5 stars! We picked up our brand new teardrop trailer in Edmonton at a manufacturing warehouse. Even though we requested a longer 7 pin brake extension, low and behold that did not happen. Once on the road we made a right hand turn and the brake wire broke away from the tow vehicle. We carefully made our way to Red Deer and pulled into Woodys desperate and concerned. There was no way we could make our way back to the Okanagan Valley in BC safely. Woodys was very busy and service dept was full, however the service advisor took pity on me and tracked down someone to help us, which ended up being the service manager Lyndon. He went above and beyond! He created a 7 pin extension to add to our existing brake line. This did not solve the problem unfortunately. A 30 min job turned into 3 1/2 hrs of detective work. Lyndon practically took apart the entire electrical system to figure out and resolve the problem. He would not give up until he got us on the road safely and “out there camping”! Thank you Lyndon and your thoughtful kind service advisors. We made it home safe and sound and out there camping!

My family and I have nothing but admiration for the superior customer care Drew Thera has given us. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, to the face to face interactions in the Parts Department. He goes out of his way to ensure we are well looked after. We are truly grateful to see such service and will not hesitate to return and to refer our friends your way!

Popped in to get some prices and hopefully make a purchase on some Kuma chairs if the deals were good. Kai Rechlo in the accessory department made sure I found what I needed at a price that was fantastic, great work!

We were treated professionally with knowledgeable, low pressure sales staff (Jason Kimila) who took the time to explore many, many options before we settled on a unit that fit our bill. Delivery and follow up was easy and comprehensive without being too bothersome. I would buy from Woody's and Jason again without hesitation.

Had ordered in a thermistor for my fridge from one of the other guys. They said it would be in the next day. After a week and a half I gave up
on them and called Woodys and spoke with Drew. He said he could get in tomorrow. And he actually followed through. Will be calling here next time.

I had a very good experience purchasing my first ever trailer from them this week. Their sales person was Jason Kemila and he was very helpful and thorough to help me understand the trailer and the entire purchasing process. Jason even came in on his day off for a couple of hours to make sure that I was getting the proper trailer that I was looking for before I signed all the paperwork as the first trailer I was going to buy didn't fit in my driveway. Next I went to buy about $6,000 worth of accessories as again it is my first trailer and Joshua Guinchard in the parts department was very helpful showing me what was required for the RV and explaining each product and how they work. He even helped me understand the different quality between products so I could make my best decision on what to buy. He was very calm, kind and very patient as he gave me the attention required so I could understand clearly what I was buying. It was fun loading the shopping carts with all these accessories and now I feel better prepared for my first trip (until I have to learn to drive it). I never write reviews as it is not my thing but I felt both these guys deserved it as most reviews people seem to post are negative but I feel people deserve a pat on the back when they earn it for great service. Hopefully my great experiences continue working with them with my RV on the future visits for either service or more buying of accessories.

While on a camping trip we discovered our inverter/charger wasn't working. A call to Woody's RV and they were able to get the exact replacement in and we picked it up on our way home. Super friendly staff and competitive pricing.

Outstanding Customer Service from Drew in Parts, He went above and beyond helping me get replacement fabric for my awning. I live in Calgary but would definitely drive up for this level of service

I recently took a trip over to Woody's to check out the new location. I was pleasantly surprised, that place is HUGE! I went for RV accessories and was helped by an associate named Drew. He was incredibly friendly and professional and had literally everything on my list in stock. I highly recommend this place as a one stop shop for everything RV.

We made a trip up to this location to check out some of the used inventory. On arrival we noticed at least three used trailers on the lot had a substantial amount of water damage. Had we not noticed or had I not asked to use their moisture detector the salesperson would have knowingly let us purchase a moldy water damaged trailer. Shame on you all at this location for taking peoples money for garbage trailers that potentially could be a health risk to an unsuspecting family. We have never been so disgusted.

We dealt with Nelson Simao. He was very professional, getting us the best possible deal on our trade. Nelson did not try to upsell which was refreshing as this was not typical of other sales people we have dealt with in the past.

Drew came to my home to install my Furrion backup camera. Fantastic job and Drew is the BEST. In this time of little care about the customer this was extremely refreshing and confirmed my support for Woody's and Drew. Thank You.

I phoned in to inquire about a part we were needing on our 2000 Kountry Star. I was able to send Drew a picture of the water valve and he was able to find me a similar model within minutes. Problem solved quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys!
