Both James Coverdale (Sales Manager) and Craig Gunderson (Sales Consultant) provided excellent service, managed to accommodate and understand customers from customers' perspective. Craig gave us a very detailed orientation on our RV unit. He was well prepared with product knowledge before talking to us. However Monique from Business Office, who prepared the Bill of Sale for us, not very accommodating and flexible, unwillingly to step back from her routine to understand her clients, there is room for improvement.

We purchased a used Rv from Woodys and had the fortunate experience of having Joe as our salesperson. Joe was very easy to deal with as he did not use any pressure sales tactics. He easily answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. In summary he made us feel very comfortable and confident with our purchase. Would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking for an RV.

I called in to your parts department and had questions about a used travel trailer I had just purchased. I got all the answers to my questions in a timely and professional manner.

Katelyn and Krystal in the service department always go above and beyond, excellent service, extremely friendly and efficient.

Hands down a great place to shop if you are needing parts. Needed a new generator to run at my cabin after a long day of racing. They had the onan 4500 generator on at a smoking deal.

A small error transferring the motorhome VIN from a temp bill of sale to a final cost me a couple hours at the registry. This annoyance was magnified by the fact it was 3pm on the Friday of a long weekend.

Also, a couple of minor defects with the motorhome noticed on day one were sent off to my salesman and appear to be ignored.

Excellent service, l will be buying a Rove Lite trailer come he'll or high water. Kevin was and is a great human to deal with.

I went to buy a part for my RV. The parts staff was very knowledgeable with all of my questions. Also the gentleman named Jaque by far, exceeded any expectations I had for customer service! Keep that guy and make him employee of the month!

We recently purchased a 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22RBE from Woody’s RV World in Edmonton. The new RV is great and our customer experience from start to finish was very positive, smooth and easy. Our salesperson, Milt Vinet, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, well versed with his product line, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff in the Parts Dept.were super helpful. Overall, a great experience and one that we would highly recommend.

Had issues with a lithium battery. Danika Jordan in the parts department went out of her way to help us get our proof of payment and called the manufacturer to get the warranty process started. Very happy with the customer service.

Parts expensive here. Staff good. Parking good. New RVs sure are alot. Can vacation at a 5 star hotel for quite a few years.

The woody’s team here in edmonton has been great to deal with. Very professional and willing to help with any questions I had.

Service not only expensive but cant even fix the issue. Send it in to repair an original awning leak, (small leak running down the middle over the window. 2nd time in to get this fixed), asked them to align the awning canvas and arms, told me arms were bent needed to order new arms at a repair cost of almost $900.after picking up my trailer spent a few hours moving the canvas from left to right and got things to seat properly (no issues with the arms). 3rd issue was to fix hot water making its way into the cold line. Every time we went to use cold water we get scalded until we are able to drain the line and have fresh cold water. They replaced the bypass vavle, $17 part not to mention they didn't use pex connection but a compression style fitting charged me $208 for what would probably take 10 minutes to complete.say they tested.not tested I burned my hands first time using the cold water in the sink. Not impressed, not worth the hassle and never going there again. Essentially lost 2 days of work to get what? Take my trailer out for a drive and pay $377.52 for them to look at it and do nothing?

I have had great experiences dealing with the staff at this Woody’s RV. Great customer service and the parts manager was very knowledgable and helpful. Will be returning for future purchases. Highly recommend.

This is the worst service I have ever received. Went to order a fender for my trailer 2 weeks ago. Brenda was very helpful and friend suggested we get it from another place that would come quicker since we were leaving for holidays in 4 weeks that we would get it before we left as it was coming from with in Canada. But the person who was suppose to order it never followed up on it. Now finding out 12 days before we leave that it’s not coming for another 3 weeks. Called a few times and left messages and they never called back. They had no problem taking my deposit for the fender but don’t do anything about it. Will never get anything from Woody World again.

Woody’s was a great company to buy our 5th wheel from. Service was great. But buyer beware. Don’t waste your money with buying the RV extended warranty. It’s not worth the money. First Canadian protection is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with by far. Non stop problems and do everything in their power not to pay for your repairs. They would rather see you driving down the road with a half fixed RV. Putting peoples life’s at risk, then fix your RV. Their staff is snotty and have poor attitudes. Save your money. Don’t buy the extended warranty. Just save a little money in case you have a problems with your RV.

Customer service in most industries has unfortunately devolved to grossly disappointing, but Woody's service/parts team have consistently exceeded all my expectations over the past year. After purchasing a used Class C from a competing dealer in Calgary (that came with a long list of problems), the Woody's service team in Edmonton still took the time to provide second to none customer service. The parts manager Ryan, and his parts associate Brenda have greatly assisted with replacing many of the broken or aging parts. They have provided detailed quotes, with exact/fair pricing which they have always honoured with no hidden surprises, and liaised with the staff in the service department to ensure that every job has gone to expectation. They have exceeded my expectations in every job, except for one, which was not due to poor standard of work but a miscommunication. In that case, the service team and Ryan happily took my RV back and completed the work to what I had envisioned without delay and with a great/professional attitude. The technicians completing the work are also meticulous in quality of finished product. During a recent service call, the Woody's team were able to resolve a major electrical issue on short notice, so that our big camping trip of the summer (with extended family) did not get cancelled. I could cite several other examples demonstrating superior customer service, but anyone reading this review gets the picture. I simply could not say enough positive things about this team and highly recommend them for all RV purchase, servicing and repair needs!

Good selection of typical RV parts, friendly people, good prices on some items. I have found items here which were surprisingly less expensive than online retailers, Cdn Tire, etc. Well worth a visit, for RV parts.

Always have a good experience with this dealership. I will continue to go there for my RV requirements.

Altho we didn't purchase anything at this time, our sales person Joe Safadi was amazing. He made us feel comfortable from start to finish. He showed us all different kinds of models of Rvs to make sure we found the right fit for us. I highly recommend him.

Perry and another fellow (I forgot his name) helped us buy a beautiful motor home. They treated us extremely well. Anything that needed to be fixed was quickly remedied with no fuss. Also, they take the CoVID mask directive very seriously which we appreciated.

I came into the dealership today to look at RV's as I have been thinking about getting one for a long time and this summer is finally the right timing for me. As a single dad and having no family living in town, I have to shop around with my 2 young kids and as soon as I walked into the dealership, the receptionist asked me what I was here for and as soon as I responded " I am just here to look around " like anybody that is actively shopping, she rolled her eyes and seemed to find it very weird to see somebody here to "look around". I understand that during covid, it might be less frequent to see kids in these kind of places but I guess that they are selective on the kind of business that they are looking for. I stayed for about 5 mins, did not even enter any of the RV's and decided to leave as I did not feel welcomed. All I am asking is to be greeted appropriately like all other dealership do.

We recently purchased our first RV and Woody’s made it easy! Salesman Rick was absolutely amazing! He took the time to answer all our questions when we first viewed the unit and when we returned to pick it up a week later, he even remembered tiny details that I had mentioned on our first visit! His walk through when we picked up was very thorough and we went camping that evening! He even responded to a text message on Friday evening when we were having some minor “newbie” technical difficulties! 5 out of 5!

My wife and I stopped in to look some travel trailers. A few units inside the show room were open to walk through. One nice salesman walked over and asked if we needed any help, we told him not at the moment. We were walking past the sales desk and another salesman sitting by the entrance said, "we don't like people walking through our units touching everything, and we have to go around and sanitize" He then went on asking rudely, " what do you want " We said we don't know, hence the BROWSING. His ignorant behavior continued until we walked out. I came back and spoke to the manager. We will NEVER shop Woody's Edmonton. We will take our business to where its appreciated

The sales staff are friendly and had no issues upon buying our unit. But I’m becoming very concerned by the amount of time the repairs are taking. I wish their was more transparency and above all honesty about the length of time it will take to finish the repairs. 3 times now I have been guaranteed that my unit will be ready by the end of the week and the first time was 2 months ago! I feel like they don’t respect me because they're being dishonest. I feel like they are giving me the run around so i wont take my business else where. I’m growing very concerned about this because my family has booked numerous camping trips this summer and I’m not well and my partner isn't either and We dont know if we’ll have enough time to wait around. Especially this long (3months now) Please have my unit ready by the end of the week and keep your word.all we want to do is enjoy our summer because who knows how much time we have on this earth. You have the parts and the man power, you’ve definitely had enough time, now please provide the finished result so we can enjoy our purchase. Thank you.

We recently purchased an RV from Woody's. Our sales rep, Joe Safadi was terrific. When the factory shut down due to Covid-19 he stayed on top of the production progress and gave us regular updates. When the unit arrived he gave us a pre-inspection prior PDI. When we took possession, he went over every item in the unit and answered all of our questions and concerns. If you're interested in a new RV, ask for Joe specifically. I am 100% certain he will give you the same service as my wife and I received. He pays close attention to customer questions and concerns and has complete knowledge of the products he sells. He's not pushy or aggressive. He genuinely wants to meet the needs of his clients and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks a lot Joe, we really enjoyed dealing with you. Oh, the rest of the team was excellent too, but Joe's the man!

Did a trade in with Woodys this weekend and had the best experience. Mike Mercer was the best kind of sales person we have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, there was zero pressure during the entire process, he was relatable and answered all of our questions. From walking in the doors to leaving with our new trailer he went above and beyond making it an enjoyable and exciting experience. Sheila in finance was organized and quick. Highly recommend this dealership!

Was in to look for a replacement Thetford RV toilet and they didn't have what I needed in stock. I mentioned that I had seen what I needed on Amazon. CA and the salesperson stated they would price match. A week later when I drove all the way back there from DT Edmonton specifically to order a toilet they refused to price match with Amazon. CA, despite stating they would a week earlier. Their price was almost $80 higher PLUS special fees on top to bring it in with a delivery date of several weeks. So I bought it from Amazon Canada for over $100.00 less and it will be delivered in less than five days.no additional fees or shipping. Sales person stated they wanted to "keep their job" so they would not price match that much. Waste of my time. You either price match or you don't!

First time dealing with woody’s had a great experience! Well taken care of by Jared. Walked me through everything On my first camper.explained how all my appliances work. With me the whole time through all the steps. Met with parts and have great prices on everything.deffinetly recommend!

Just picked up a used Jayco. Parts and sales were great. Our salesman Jared went through the trailer with us. In a few years when when decide to buy a used one we will be coming back because the service was great. Mariah helped us find all the accessories we needed.

I love that in the middle of winter, they have a large indoor showroom, so I can stay warm and still enjoy looking at the RV's.
