Bought a pair of work boots, i asked about the warranty, they said 3 months.tried them for a couple weeks and they hurt my feet.took them back and i cant return them because i wore them.i will never set foot in that store again.they only get a star because i have to give one

They knew what boots I would need for work I was there less then 15 mins great staff very nice and friendly will be back.

Bought a pair of work pants never wore them or took of label or stickers.tried to return them 1 week later I dint have receipt but had proof of the payment from my online bank account app showing the date and the money i paid to store.staff was not accomdating and rude.refused to do return or exchange or help me recover receipt.defently lost my business next time I need workwear I defently won't be going here.instead of helping me out they treated me like I was an inconvenience so much for supporting small business il be going to Mark's next time.

They never have any stock. Size 4 or size 14, can't wait a month for boots to be ordered. Not sure why they even exist if they have 0 stock

Whoever I spoke to you on the phone was very rude and unprofessional and laughed at my inquiry to whoever was standing next to her while I was on the call.would not recommend this place

Very bad experience for us. My wife and I went in there to find work boots. Two ladies working in the store at the time. The young lady as very nice. The older lady had a bad face impression. We left at first but returned to buy some 250 dollars boots. Same face! I tried the boots at home and never took them outside. Now a few weeks later I changed jobs and didn’t need such big boots. So my wife went back there to return them and this woman as like super grumpy with my wife. I can only tell that lady this way that she as lucky that i wasn’t there. I would have ripped her a new one.
Here is the thing. They have a great selection and o wanted to come back there to get lower work shoes. But after this experience i will not spend my money there again.

But for sure this was just our experience. Hopefully that missable lady isn’t there when you go there.
We won’t go back there for sure

I've shopped here for boots and other work related items on a few occasions. The selection of protective gear and boots is always great. Store is always clean and very organized. The customer service and sales staff is second to none. Cant say enough good things about how they treat you when you go in for whatever you may be looking for. I will continue to shop here and highly recommend you do too

The website doesn’t show you what stock stores have. Then when you call to find out your told over half of what you see is online only and the store doesn’t stock that brand at all. Seems weird to not stock a single model of a brand you carry online.

If I could give zero stars I would I bought work shoes 20 days ago I was told if there were issues they would exchange well I have issues and they said to bad the lady that works there is the worst employee and should go back to school for customer experience the guy who works there is polite will never shop there again I will never recommend this store

Very friendly people. I came to choose a pair of footwear for work. Ladies showed me 4 or 5 pairs. They knew what sizes should fit from each model. They quickly judged from my preferences what to show to me. And finally, I picked the pair of shoes that fits. The whole process took maybe 10-15 minutes. I was completely satisfied.

Worst experience ever. The manager Mike insulted me while attempting to return defective products.

They have a sign behind the counter saying to be respectful to staff.they should have their own sign to be respectful to customers

Extremely friendly and helpful. Much better selection of tactical boots then I had anticipated.
I wasn't even going to stop here and thought the kit shops may be a better option. I am glad I did stop here, i got the boot I wanted and along with a military discount, I was able to get it for an amazing price.
I fully recommend checking them out. They may not have what you are looking for, but hey.they could surprise you as well.

Nice store. Smallish but remarkable selection. Had to prompt salesperson a bit for advice but they were very friendly, attentive and offered to bring in product from larger south store if my size wasn't available. Good place.

Staff was excellent. They took the time to help me find a boot that fit me best. They offered great advice and helped me leave with a perfect fit duty boot. I highly recommend!

Very pleasant and well mannered associate. My company profile could not instantly show because of my misrepresentation, but she was determined to help me and we found it in no time. Although there was no favorable choice for me, the associate was kind enough to refer me to another branch with a great sense of help and smile.

Honesty with how often you go though shoes you need to know what you get is what you need. Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If I need shoes I know where to go. Would totally recommend.
