Chantel is a warm friendly person in general and you feel it right away. She takes her time getting to know you before anything else. She likes to understand you first, which I felt comforting. She was also always available to help explain even the simplest things. I’m feeling financially stable for the first time in my life and no, it’s not just because of Chantel. Putting in the time to think about it, with her cheering me on, gave me a lot of confidence. Now here I am, during a pandemic, not terrified.

Advisors are professional and respond in an appropriate time frame. My advisor is Jason Gauthier and he is always helpful and has the clients best interests in mind. Be aware that this "broker" is primarily pushing insurance from its sister company without making you aware of the conflict of interest. There are expensive exit fees. Make sure you do your research. Do not sign anything without taking a day to research!

Great customer service. We have been a clients for about 3 years now. We have always had excellent advice and service from agents Kevin and Nicole Rogers. They have helped us save money and invest the saving at the same time. Better life insurance and critical illness insurance then the bank offered for less money. Then Investing then saved money and watching it grow. A dynamic team that changed our financial lives!
