World of Spas Calgary Hot Tub and Swim Spa Dealer

We recently bought a hot tub at this location. The process was 5 star from start to finish. If you are looking to buy a hot tub or get supplies I recommend this location.

Theara helped us out today and was really friendly. It was my first time here with my father, a really interesting place.

We bought our tub last September from Nigel at the Calgary Home Fair. Nigel was super helpful and knowledgeable. We absolutely love the tub (and so do our friends)!

Get a tub! Fabulous experience with the staff and loving our hot tub! The staff is not pushy but incredibly helpful and friendly. The store has a great variety of tubs, massage chairs and other fun party type supplies. Our tub is so key in keeping me going during the winter and providing a place to “get away” from it all, incredibly relaxing. In my opinion, everyone needs a hot tub in Calgary!

Unacceptable customer service! World of spa is Outright, taking advantage of people’s money, patience, and time.
My wife & I purchased a hot tub last year. Since day one we have had a slow leak, a broken jet defuser, broken gaskets, in operable Wi-Fi units for remote tub control. I have Advised them multiple times to coordinate the repairs, called multiple times to communicate my concerns. They have zero respect us as consumers!
They even had me do various testing which should be completely irrelevant. I’ve been given a defective unit from day one which isn’t my responsibility to test the units functionalities. I
As a business owner myself if I sell products to somebody that are defective I replaced them at no charge. Maybe you guys need to consider the same policy!
I even have a neighbour down the street from mind what you sold a hot tub to with broken defective parts and they’ve had the same problems in my community.

This is unacceptable business practice!

World of spas needs to be held accountable and repercussions will be imposed!

We bought our hot tub here 4 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Len showed us the different types of tubs and helped us decide which one was best for us. Set up was easy with the instructions provided. We use it every day!
Update: it’s been a year and we still use it every day!

On installation, received all guidance necessary to continue and use the hot tub. Anytime I require advice, they were kind and very helpful. Going forward, we drop in to get chemicals and receive any advice we require.
They made it easy to have a hot tub that provides my family with lots of fun.

Updating my original post! My husband and I purchased a new hot tub and were very excited to receive it. There was a miscommunication on delivery and I was supper bummed that we didn't get it right away. That said, after a brief phone call the management staff went above and beyond to make the situation right. I commend them on making the customer a priority.

They have been great to deal with since we have bought our tub 2 years ago chemicals and filters are always in stock and at a great price

Not happy so far, walked in and signed a deal for a hot tub that came with a free massage chair. Its been 3 weeks and they cant even tell me when the chair will be in so i can pick up both at the same time. 1st i was told by the end of the week, I called and nobody could tell me when i can come pick up. Then was told it will be 2 to 3 weeks. Then was told the tub was in but not the chair and i can pick them up the next day, then was told ill get 3 days notice with no eta at all.

Frustrating exerience thus far.
