Went in looking for parts for my Dynasty hot tub, there was someone at parts counter one his phone with his feet on the desk that would not make eye contact, a sign on the desk said to go to the main counter where someone on a computer was just as helpful. I then went over to where 3 or 4 sales people were gathered and asked if I could get parts, he answered no, not really. I asked why they are open to sell a product but not to offer parts or service fore it.answering the question he asked for my last name, I mentioned that my hot tub was not under my name, the employee then said I had my answer, I didn't buy it from them.
Not 1 person even got off their chair.
Both Beachcombers and Koko Beach helped me with the parts I needed.

Their aggressive salespersons make me uncomfortable. It's like a stereotype of a used car lot. I'm not the kind of consumer who is going to make a decision before I'm ready to but they wouldn'tleave it be. Cajoling just puts me off. Don't recommend.

Terrible Customer Service. Purchased a patio fire table back in Mar 2022 and recently tried to get customer service which has been painful.
Table has been outside since last season, covered with supplied cover and used 3 times last season. I took the cover off back in March to clean table and discovered that the paint was chipping off in numerous places to the point of rubbing your finger over the surface and rubbing the finish off.
Phone World of Spas 2 times to be told that someone would call me back, which never happened until I continued to phone and spoke with someone that asked me to email pictures, etc. This I did back on April 19th and had yet to get a response either way until I phoned this morning.
Outcome lol was over warranty date of 12 months and how was it stored. So needless to say very disorganized customer service. The principle being I am chasing you guys when it takes less than 5 mins to respond to a customer. I guess I should have spent my $1000 at Costco or another dealer that stands behind the products they sell and offer service to their customers. I have been waiting to see how this unfolded since I am purchasing a hot tub within the next month and will not be purchasing from Work of Spas! Companies are great for selling and getting things out the door but when it comes to service it can be a different story. And yes Stephan I will not buy from your store over a table with paint coming off just saying.:)

Do not buy from this location. I have had nothing but problems with my Master Spas tub. Customer service has been brutal with nothing but excuses. The owner of this location Thomas spit out nothing but excuses and we wont leave you hanging. After four months I am still not able to use my tub. Go somewhere else because after handing them a $20,000 check for what is supposed to be the best tub it still isnt working. Once they get your money they forget all about you.

Great place to deal with Ryley and Jeff went above and beyond to answer any questions and help us get into a pre-owned spa. Took care of things in a timely manner when we had a small issue and kept our delivery date on point.

Fantastic service from the moment I walked in the door. My wife and I were given honest recommendations in the spirit of finding the best spa for my family (which meant pushing us towards a spa that was less costly than what we were willing to spend). Great pricing, great selection, and all of the personal support to date has been well above and beyond expectations.

My husband and I just purchased our first Hot tub from World of spas Edmonton today. We had the pleasure of meeting and discussing spa models With the GM Jeff. We had such a wonderful experience with Jeff he was so informative regarding the Hot Tub we wanted to purchase. He has been so accomadating with meeting times and has been there to answer any questions we had throughout the buying process, no matter what those questions were. He ensured we were fully educated on the Spa we purchased and the other spas on the floor! And we are very greatful to have had this amazing experience with Jeff. World of Spas… A delightful experience.

My wife and I were in the market for a hot tub, this would be the 4th tub I purchased since 1989. Our criteria was; a high quality tub, a fair price, good service and a trouble free installation.it was also important to have a reputable company to deal with any future service needs.

World Spa’s met and exceeded our criteria. In our opinion, they are 10 star company all around. Thomas, Kim and the team not only delivered, they exceeded our expectations.

We were astonished at how much a tub could cost when we started looking. Prior to going to World of Spas, we had checked out the tubs for quality and price at 6 other dealers, including the “good deal hot tub” at Costco. We were leaning towards a high quality hot tub by by one of their competitors but wanted to see what World of Spas had to offer before making the final decision.

We met Thomas @ World of Spas. He completely blew our minds with the education, and the attention to detail that went into his line up of hot tubs. He showed us the Twilight Series of Tubs, and he suggested to look up Hot Tub University and watch a few videos. After watching Hot Tub University on You Tube, we then had more knowledge to make the best decision on a tub, and the rest is history. We purchased our tub from World of Spas have been extremely satisfied with our selection of both hot tub and sales and service from World of Spas.

If you are looking for a great hot tub, and a great experience, look no further, these guys and gals are tops! We found them to be extremely professional, knowledgable and competent in their products and services. Can’t say enough good things about them. The previous 3 hot tub companies I dealt with were nowhere near what this company stands for. At the office, Kim and the ladies are wealth of information and they help to ensure you will have the proper set up for many years to come.

World of Spas have earned a reputation of being at the top of their field. Matter of fact, my neighbour and friend got the same tub as me, but his is one foot bigger, and, his has the greatest wi-fi features so he can remotely operate and check on his tub … These tubs are really something special. World of Spas is a wonderful company to deal with.

We called and enquired about a swim spa price. We were given a quote over the phone so we headed to the showroom to take a look. I asked for the spec sheet and noticed that the price was $8000 more than the quote I was told over the phone. When I asked why it was $8000 more than what I was initially told, he said oh they had a price increase. A price increase in 2 hours? He then kept pushing financing options. He purposely misquoted me on the phone to get me down there then just tried to push financing. Completely dishonest sales tactic. I left and bought elsewhere.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase from this establishment! They not only had a great selection and demo models but the best team as well! We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Stephan, The store manager. Not only was he very knowledgeable and very kind, he was able to answer all of our questions and then some. He was very professional every step of the way and we are so thrilled with our purchase! Would reccomend 1000%!

So, we ordered a tub just before we bought a new house for the new house. Got everything lined up with the electrician and the tree removal guy and both didn't show 2 weeks before the new tub was suppose to be delivered. Then we get a call from Jeff saying they lost the paperwork on it and wanted us to do it again to make sure everything was in place and approved meanwhile we just did all of this while on holidays. Then, we keep getting harassed on a delivery date and it has to be right away. So, I went there and chatted with him to let him know that we will call him in about 4-6 weeks. Not even 5 days later he is saying so we are good for delivery in week? I said no I just seen you last week and you agreed to 4-6 weeks. Now I just canceled it as I can't get an electrician for a few weeks and tree removal where the tub is going as well for a few weeks. Customer service isn't there, he didn't even remember me coming in a week prior to straighten it out with him. You think someone that was about to buy a tub for 20k he would.

This was our first hot tub purchase and the experience was amazing right from the start! Jeff (the GM!) answered all of our questions, was patient (and not at all pushy) as we took our time to make our decision, and he definately went the extra mile.after we came in to finalize delivery dates he even chased us down as we were driving away to let us know someone else had just postponed their delivery and we could get our tub sooner!
The delivery team was also amazing and very knowledgeable about the tubs too. If I ever purchase another tub, I know where I am going first!

We got our hot tub and gazebo last summer and it's been great since. I highly recommend Riley for sales and Shauna is great for when I pick up my supplies!

I bought a hot tub here. The hottub came in 4 weeks to the day. The delivery and set was performed well. The only thing they could do better is have a follow up program of some sort. The only time I hear from them now is if I call them. Also they could ask to see if a bromine or chlorine water system would be better and start off with. That way you get the right start to your new hottub. Anyways. We love the hottub we bought. We use it every day. We got the Tide model. As shown in the photos.

After going through a bad customer service with another hot tub business, we decided to give World of Spas a try and we were blown away by their amazing customer services, especially with Stephan. Our new hottub came on time, much faster than the other place. Everything was wonderful with the delivery and installation. We love our hottub! We went back to the World of Spas to get some supplies we wanted to buy, happy with prices and services again! Highly recommend this place.

Jeff was so good to me and my husband! We went in one afternoon after searching in vein for a hot tub at many other places, and we had our perfect master spa tub purchased within an hour. Such a great deal and such a great tub! They were able to install our tub and base just a few weeks later. Since it's arrival we've spent almost every night in there. The tub has been great for my husband's rheumatoid arthritis and both our mental health. If you want a great selection of tubs with a no pressure informative sales experience go to World of Spas! Thanks again Jeff. We love our tub.

Amazing experience! After much research (and looking at a variety of brands), we finally decided on a Master Spas Twilight series hot tub, and World of Spas was the only place that I knew of in Edmonton that sells this brand. Jeff was fantastic throughout the entire shopping process; it's very clear that he knows his stuff! No matter what questions I threw at him, he didn't flinch and was easily able to answer them. Super friendly and very amiable, Jeff made this process easy. After we made the purchase, delivery and installation of the hot tub was arranged by Jeff. The crews used for the job were top notch! Delivery was smooth despite the difficulties regarding access to my backyard. It was nonetheless positioned perfectly and the tub was definitely handled with care.
The actual installation was done by Ken and his crew with 24 hour Hot Tub Service. They were also amazing! Dan did a fantastic job re-wiring my fuse box to actually get the GFCI installed for the hot tub (I only had one spare breaker space left and needed two for the job, so some re-jigging had to be done there) ; I'm very glad the problem-solving skills were there! My family and I just took a dip in the tub today with this early spring weather, and everything with the hot tub is working perfectly.

All-in-all, Jeff was awesome, delivery was great, and installation was superb. I will definitely be coming back to World of Spas in the future for our next hot tub when the time comes!

Excellent! Jeff was amazing! I would highly recommend Jeff and his team! Very knowledgeable and considerate of what we were looking for! Jeff made looking for a hot tub fun and knowledgeable! He encouraged us to sit in them and play with buttons etc so we could get the feeling of the actual tub so we could make a good decision for what would work best for us! He was patient and kind! Any questions or concerns we had he addressed immediately! Financing was tricky for us but Jeff came to the rescue and made it work! The tub we ended up choosing Jeff actually had in stock! There was no wait time for it to be ordered! Within a week of purchase our new tub was Delivery and set up quickly with no delays or issues! The delivery crew was amazing and friendly and spent time going through very important information on using our tub and chemical balancing etc. We received follow up calls from world of spas staff and the financing company to congratulate us and make sure that everything was running properly and there were no problems! What a great team! They appreciate their customers and are willing to go above and beyond for them! We are now enjoying our wonderful Master Spa precision 8!

Today We went to world of spas and we had the pleasure to meet with Jeff. He is the General Manager from the store. What excellent service! We are always afraid to go shopping because sometimes you feel pressured to buy at that moment. Most sales people they just care about the sale and that’s it. Jeff wasn’t the case, he really took the time to listen for what we wanted and the patience to find the right product for us. He made us feel excited and not one bit stressed.
We can’t wait to get our new hot tub!
Honestly if you are looking for a hot tub just go with Jeff and he will take care of you!

I am so glad that I went in to just "look". I have been to a few stores looking but when Jeff walked me through the available hot tubs and explaining all the details, I was sold.

I learned so much in the short amount of time I was in the store, educated myself some more, asked many many questions, which Jeff was insanely patient with me and so glad I chose World of Spas for our purchase!

The delivery was amazing, the install was amazing, I had a couple of physical workings of the tub questions and they sent Shawn their technician out right away to have a look and explain!

I highly recommend, if you're looking for a hot tub, check these guys out, their team is amazing and their product is amazing too!

We were looking at different places to buy a hot tub, and World of Spa won our business from the moment we walked into their show room. Ryley was our sales rep. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and really easy to deal with. Although delivery took longer than expected due to COVID, it was worth the wait. Our hot tub is beautiful and World of Spa’s customer service (even after the sale was completed) is impecable.

I highly recommend World of Spa.

My hub & I got a hot tub from World of Spas and it's the best decision we've made! Since we are all home bodies now, the hot tub gives us a reason to unplug from our screens (best date nights ever!). I purchase my hot tub in at the beginning of May 2020. When we entered the store we were promptly greeted by Mr. Jeff Whelan. He was polite, friendly and very informative on the various hot tubs. My wife of course, was drawn to the most expensive one.

Jeff was very positive and supportive during the financing phase and fought to get us the best possible terms. His assistance didn't stop once the financing papers were complete. He helped us and provided valuable information during the prep stage, right up until after the tub was installed at our property.

Unfortunately, we noticed a crack in the acrylic 1 day after install. My heart sunk. After committing to the purchase and waiting several months for it to be fabricated, not only was there the crack, but we noticed 1 of the jets malfunctioning as well as a light. This was clearly an oversight from the manufacturer and it was obvious it had nothing to do with World of Spa's. My biggest worry however, as a customer at that moment, was having the vendor turn around and blame me, or attempt to do a patch job and not replace the tub. Or some how (as typical with many vendors) make it seem as though it's our fault.

Jeff stepped right into action and assured us that he wouldn't leave us hanging. He requested a bit of time to work on the problem, asked for photos and an email outlining the problem. I provided such. It wasn't long before Jeff arranged for a completely separate hot tub to be installed as I requested. He encouraged us to make use of the tub until the new one arrived, so we wouldn't be left with nothing. He understood what this tub meant to my wife & I, and never once gave us the impression that he would leave us hanging. We inspected the new tub in the showroom and Jeff's team had it delivered that same day, with no cost and no delay.

Jeff went on to call several days later to ensure we were completely satisfied with the hot tub. We were missing the in-touch feature (which I highly encourage anyone to get), however it was a delay on the manufacturer's side. Jeff did everything in his power to ensure we got 1 promptly and truly took care of us.

We all hope when we purchase a high ticket item, that everything is going to go smoothly and perfectly. Any vendor can look amazing when things go right. However when things go side-ways and issues come up, it's in those moments that companies truly show what their qualities and roots are like. Jeff showed nothing but true grit and his professionalism, ethics and morals were some of the best I've seen within the retail industry. If only everyone in sales was cut from the same fabric. Thanks to Jeff my wife and I knew we were truly taken care of. It came at no surprise when learnt he is the store manager.

I was a little concerned intially because WOS is a little more expensive than some other stores but after having the tub for a few months I am happy I spent a little more to get the tub that I really wanted.
