Excellent. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They spoke foreign language which was very helpful and we didn't need an interpreter.

The staff at Wosler were very helpful and patient in getting past a couple problems with my paperwork and my procedure.

As their patient, I'm very happy to come here based on their quality care. I would recommend this place. They're very kind and efficient in my care and the service is swift and staff are very kind.

False Advertising
Website for Calgary location clearly indicates in Bold: "No Wait Ultrasound" not the case. Took time off work, get there, pay for parking, they asked me if I have an appointment, no, as per your website it says no wait and walk-in for Ultrasound. No sir that's only for X-ray, unfortunately we are fully booked, would you like to make an appointment for tomorrow? And there is indication on the website that parking will be reimbursed, NOT the Case. In middle of Blackfoot industrial they make you pay for parking. Not the fault of front desk staff, the website has misleading advertising. Stick with companies who have history of diagnostic services in Calgary.

The company took note of my review above and replied. The fact that they listen and respond to customer feedback tells me they care. I will return in the future. I'm updating my review from one STAR to Four STARS.

Conveniently located and almost no wait times for ultrasound. We drove from NW to this location for a quick ultrasound. Neat place with quick service and have underground parking. Parking is a bit ambiguous, I would recommend to park outside if it’s not so cold outside.

Very good experience. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. No wait time even for ultrasound.
