I went to the store to install my new screen touch that I bought from Amazon. But one of the technicians said that they don't install a product that has no name or brand. They said it's risky to touch it.

I lost the fob for my remote car starter and called three different places here in the city to see if I could purchase a new one. All three said they couldn't provide me with one. In fact Visions Electronics said that there is no replacement fob for my car and that I should purchase an entirely new remote system from them. When I asked them what the price was they said that it would be $450 plus $100 extras because my car already had a remote car starter. I called Wright Restyling and not only did they have the proper fob but they programmed it to my car at no extra charge! The staff at Wright are courteous, professional and also HONEST. A rare thing to find now nowadays. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.

I had such a great experience here. I brought my Ford escape in because the sound was not working, no music, no Bluetooth, no backup warning, nothing. Quentin came out to assess the possible cause and gave me a few ideas to try on my own. Luckily for me his suggestions worked. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

Went there to book an appointment to get my remote start fixed a very nice man came out to the truck did a couple of things 2 seconds latter he hands me my key and sends me onmy way no charge, that my friends is customer service at its best

I have a manual Subaru so finding a reliable place that is willing to put a remote starter in my car is pretty hard. One of my friends recommended this place and they did an amazing job with my car. The price was a little higher than what other places quoted me for but well worth it. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends.

Recently my driver's seat after 315k on my 5th gen 4runner was breaking down in the foam and cover department. Wright restyling redid them in leather, replaced the foam and added heat to the front. Top notch service. They look great. Thanks guys.

BEYOND AMAZING SERVICE Great price but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE (priceless and rare)
First via email I requested a quote. You know that thing you do on every merchant website that no one pays attention to and they email you generic responses anyway? Not these guys. Cindy contacted me the same day, sent me a thoughtful and detailed email regarding my car and what she would need form me to get a better more detailed quote. She came up with some ideas over email but advised me to come in. There I met James. We waffled through colors on my 2004 Toyota he just "wanted to make sure it was a good match". He could have compromised and just gave me a color to shut me up, he did not. He advised against my factory pattern for valid reasons and even took the time to show me why he thought so in their install bay on another car. I have never had reupholstery done and I had no concept. Thankfully he cared enough to ensure I completely understood.
For the reupholstery the results were absolutely unbelievable. Just immaculate and beautiful. Like a Brand new car. Anyone that knows toyotas knows that their leather does not age well and I was somewhat regretting my car purchase, but these guys renewed my happiness with my car. THANK YOU!

While there I found out that they do starters, alarms and car audio. Quenton took the time to give me a detailed quote with every little part detailed so that I wouldn't be surprised with anything. The install was done in an efficient and timely manner with care and precision. I used to work in car audio (20 yrs ago) and I have seen and experienced good and bad installs. This was immaculate and beautifully done, on an old toyota that may not have been "worth it" in the eyes of many.

Lastly I had an issue that I mistakenly blamed their Tech for. I reached out and was expecting blame deflection and finger pointing and all I got was compassion. Quenton was prompt with replies and apologetic even though he was probably sure it wasn't their fault. He arranged to have my car seen at a convenient time for me, and went way out of the way for my convenience. When he explained the problem that occurred he was very compassionate to me and not the least bit pointed about it having nothing to do with their install. Best of all they fixed the problem that they didn't cause. I can't say enough about how rare this type of service is now days. I will refer here perpetually. I thought I would purchase a new remote start fob for my son's vehicle for Christmas, and I just happened to find the guys at Wright Restyling when I searched for Autotemp's phone number (where the remote start was installed many, many years ago).

From the moment they picked up with phone the first time, the two individuals I dealt with were SO helpful! A part had to be ordered in, and they were quickly able to determine what was required. Unfortunately, the remote starter we have is super old, and the new fob could not be paired, but they answered many of my other questions relating to the remote starter, and I was highly entertained while I waited for the technician to pair the new remote. These guys all really know their stuff! I learned more than I would have anticipated while I was there, and they really tried their best to provide a positive outcome with the new remote. Amazing customer service with a smile and a positive attitude from everyone. This is one business where you can tell that the employees really enjoy their jobs, which is so nice to see.

If you are in need of any of their services, do not hesitate to make the phone call. They are honest and will not hesitate to let you know if something is not going to work.

My wife has a two way remote start on her 2014 Nissan Pathfinder that needed to be fixed. The remote start was installed by AutoTemp who are no longer in business. I contacted Wright Restyling to enquirer about my remote car starter not working after mechanical repairs (the battery had been disconnected). To my pleasant surprise Quenton answered the call; he has helped me with a previous remote starter. After I explained what the issue was, he offered to swing by my work first thing the next morning to see if he could reset the remote starter. Thankfully it was a quick fix and he did it so willingly and followed up to make sure it was still working. What great service!

Would highly recommend this shop! I brought my 1982 Westfalia in for an all around new audio system, they did a fantastic job with it the sound is super clean, Zak made a custom sub box to fit under the back seat, custom wood trim for the speakers so it is very athletically pleasing with an excellent sound.

Many thanks to Greg and his team for a great job installing Backup Sensors and Blind Spot Monitoring on my Jeep Cherokee. They were very patient and accommodating as it took a few return visits to properly align the sensors. They saved me a nice bit of cash over the competition and I find these safety features to be indispensable. Thanks guys!

They advice me to replace the battery first. They replace only the battery and it works. They refuse to charge me for the replacement.

After several calls for assistance on adressing a non functioning after market install, remote starter, my 82 year old mother eventually came across Wright Restyling. Her initial encounter was a kind attitude that sounded much more like, we want to help you solve your problem, not that, we want to sell you a new product that will cost close to $600 or more.
Her phone conversation led me to making arrangements to bring her vehicle in to see if they could reset her starter for a price, far more reasonable.
I was very impressed with their professionalism, integrity, helpfulness, friendliness and subsequently their success at resolving my mother's starter issues.

I went to Wright restyling about 2 problems. One had to do with my remote car start. They fixed that with professionalism and fixed the problem and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The 2nd one had to do with my door not deactivating in interior. They fixed that problem too. I thank these people for all there hard work and I am very pleased with how they handled everything. I will definitely come back if I need seat coverings, stereo or car wiring problems.

I went to Wright Restyling because my remote stopped working. I was initially quoted about $60 to do a diagnostic on it of which I was fine with that. However after about 20 minutes the tech find out it was user error (my husband lol) and reset it for me. What did it cost me, not a cent they did not charge me in fact they gave me a gift of a flashlight. Where do you find customer service like this, I can tell you very few places. I would definitely recommend coming to Wright Restyling for your remote start needs. They do provide other services. I will tell others in my circle about how well they treat their customers.

I had a very pleasurable experience going to the shop for purchasing my remote starter. Dallas explained to me in detail the choices and made recommendations without making me feel that he’s doing any hard selling. I opted for the G15 and they offered lifetime warranty for the installation. Even took them about an hour for the installation, way ahead of their promise between 2-3hrs. Happy to recommend their shop! Check them out for your remote starter needs!

These guys do an awesome job! They put in Katskins leathers In my truck and did an awesome job! They even do the console, rear seats hard rests etc. Custom seats are great. The leather seats are 3 years old now and still look great! In a work truck! They take a beating!
I'm getting done seat repairs done on my Dodge and I'll let you know how that looks!

Good helpful service. Funny, as I was waiting for the guy looking up the interface I need for my Caddy, another fella entered the store saying: he had also just left Vision's because of the disrespectful behaviour. He said that he had almost fought with an employee (in the car audio section) over a discussion or disagreement to do with pricing. Well it just so happens that Auto Temp had what he was looking for, for one third of the disagreed price. Same as the PAC module I was quoted 300+ but auto temp had what I need for $115.49.

Awesome service! Super helpful and insightful. Been here twice now, once to install a sound system in a 2006 nissan xtrail and just recently to install subs and an amp in a 2007 Chevy impala.

I have seen the work of these guys a bunch of times. And I have NEVER seen or heard of any complaints at all. They do an awesome job at an affordable price!
