Awesome job on the install of a furnace and air conditioner, that was 3 years ago. Booked John 2 weeks ago to come today May 30,2018 between 9: 00 am - 3: 00 pm as our air conditioner is not keeping up, we stayed home all day and waited, NO SHOW, NO TEXT, NO PHONE CALL, when I texted to find out if we had been forgotten about the text sent to me was "Please feel free to use another contractor" okay we have given Wurth Mechanical 2 referrals, one for our neighbor, one for a family member.is this how you treat your customers, I sent John a text asking if we had done something wrong no response. We will not refer anyone else to Wurth Mechanical Inc, ever again.

He seems to be good and nice guy. But while repairing he over charged the parts about 3-4 times. He charged labour for picking up parts too.
I asked him to fix error code and he did 3 repairs and still unable to find the issue and other tech fixed it in one shot. Very bad experience.

I was having Issues connecting my new smart thermostat so I called Wurth. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Very professional I will only be calling this company from this point on.

Reliable service and friendly technicians. I have dealt with a number of service technicians regarding my furnace repairs in the past, and was surprised with some of the below standard repairs I have received. I've done my due diligence and found Wuurth Mechanical to be honest and reliable. They have the experience as well as the knowledge to complete a proper repair, and yet in a short amount of time as well. No need to be worried anymore. Ask for John, he is who I spoke with and he is great.

We had a nightmare situation with another company who literally sabotaged the work they had done for us. John from Wurth Mechanical came in and, even though he was presented with an almost impossible situation, came in, figured things out and doggedly worked until everything was fixed. It took awhile and was a complicated fix but John stuck with it until it was right. I cannot recommend John and Wurth Mechanical more highly. Not only does he know his stuff, he is a genuinely nice guy who is helpful and gets the job done. If I could give more than five stars I would!
