Wyndham Crossing Apartment Homes

This place on the lower floor has been deemed uninhabitable, pipes burst flooded apartment, due to their incompetence. Everyone had less than a day to move out, than they tried to get you to pay 1000 dollars for to use their trucks to move you out, they didn’t bother to offer accommodations to anyone. The pool they have been promising to have it fixed for four years, but they will charge you for it. Cockroaches and the apartment literally rotting around you. The building needs to be condemned. Don’t be fooled by these people.

Staff were very helpful and understanding of my provincial move.
I am disabled and I felt very safe and welcomed here.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing a safe secure, long term home.

Im looking to rent from here.i cant do the bugs and cockraoches.is all this true about the bugs.why wont the city shut them down.i cant do mice either.why do they want to breed mice and cockroaches

I been living in this building for almost 5 years. Any time I called for maintenance no one showed up right away. I have to wait for a day. But k and D are the best maintenance. Also I called since yesterday to fix my refrigerator but k and D.they came in fix my refrigerator!

Wyndham Crossing Apartments has a very good maintenance team. They respond fast and solve the problem. For example, there was a leak on my toilet tank, and they changed the whole toilet because the maintenance took very seriously the issue, so they did not simply make a quick fix.

This is just one example, but over all the maintenance team and the staff are amazing here at Wyndham Crossing Apartments.

Best decision I made everything is close. Including walking distance to elementary school.

If I could rate lower than I one star i would. Would rather be homeless than live here again. Unfixable infestation of cockroaches and mice that just hide in the walls when rooms get in fume gated then come back out. A pool that will never open because they don’t want their tenants to bring the infestation to the management building. If you want to lose all your belongings come here should be their slogan.

Worst management and manager’s service.
Rude behaviour by manager. He charged irrelevant extra charges while moving out of apartment. Moreover, the apartment building had a lot of insects, cockroaches and flies, which resulted in food poisoning for one of my roommate. Worst apartment ever, don’t rent it. The management just make money when you are moving out.

Management don’t assist when you complain them about anything. Worst part is the building is not safe for girls sometimes at night because homeless sleep just down stair the building gate.

I highly recommend the place, a big thanks to Cherry Ma Arouf for helping us and answer all our questions.

Been waiting to MOVE IN for 2 days now, Rent / DD / PET deposit has been paid & now I'm stuck waiting for them to schedule my move in? !? & Have ZERO luck trying to reach the rental office.

First time moving here. Scared about how things would go. But Cherry made sure to answer all questions I had. Also made sure that everything in the apartment was in good condition before my move in. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

Back ground credit checks are to strict. My credit is fine but my partners wasn't so the passed on us. But apparently crackers heads are a pass though that get evicted.

This place is the worse. I stayed here for quite a number of years. I moved 2 doors to have a 2 bedroom and they charged me 1400 dollars. Then when I moved out they also charged me another 1000. BE WARNED WHEN SIGNING LEASE TO DO THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH NOT THE FIRST.they charged me up until lease was up +1 day due to agreement it was until the 1st. I moved out the 26th to give them time to clean and prep and they still billed me. The place was clean but they thought they had to repaint and clean then charged me all of it which came to 1000$. They are perfect scammers. Not to mention the mice my cat caught and we found behind the fridge. Fire alarms go off often for no reason. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

This place was honestly such a great fit for me unfortunately the location was just too far from my work and family I had my appointment with Danielle she was amazing helped with any questions I had and overall was sweet and kind thank you so much!

Mice, cockroaches, water issues, this place is a massive disaster. Fire alarm goes off usually 3 times a month due to smokers. And the water is constantly getting shut off due to the repairs that are going on because they failed to maintain the place and the bottom floor flooded with 2+ft of water.

Not to mention they disconnected their emergency maintenance number so when my place started flooding I couldn't do anything

We just moved in building 4908. Two tenants under my apartment smokes whole day my girl doing job from home, and she is totally disappointed, she have to smell tobacco whole day. Actually that was my fault some guys gave review but I didn't read before signing contract. I don't know how this will go, because everywhere I have mine new address and I dont want to get headache again. I dont know why they don't tell new tenants about this so we can look another apartment or room they have too building they should give one only for smokers. Very bad

My kids and I finally have a safe place to live. Best location for most major amenities. The staff here are wonderful and I'm greatful to be able to live here.

Constant security threat in the building. Notified management several times. Management is ignorant about tenants safety and security. They just take rent every month and cannot ensure safety of the people living in their apartment. Bear spray incidents are daily affair in this apartment. Requested transfer to another unit and the management is greedy to ask for transfer fee and new deposit in the middle of this ongoing security issues. Any random outsiders can get into the building at any time since there is no proper security system in place in this apartment.

If you have any chance, stay away and look for some other apartments. Worst place to live. Attached photo of a recent bear spray incident happened in the unit.

This place is full with mouses and cockroaches. It's totally wast of money zero safety and hygiene. I will never recommend to any one. Very unprofessional staff and site manager.

Nyssa from corporate customer service was extremely responsive and helpful throughout a concern that we had. This helped us in taking a decision to continue our lease with Wyndham properties. Thank you Nyssa! We really appreciate it.

I like it here, access near restaurants, shopping, transportation, banking, etc. I like the heater during winter months. I appreciated it.

Thank you Gail for assisting us with our mice problems. The pest control promptly came and resolved the issue.

Felt welcome since I made the first phone call, The office was full of smiles and very fast and effectiant. They have made everything easy for me, all facilities are very clean. Very professional, I would reccomend this building to anyone looking for there long term home

It is actually very good place for housing and they have great customer experience
especially Ronna, she is warm welcoming with great customer service.she is so helpful, professional and prompt.

Cockroaches. Pipes are loud. The building is very loud, to the point where the floor vibrates when the children upstairs are running around (till midnight). Speak to property management and nothing changes. Smokers in the building that it emanates into other apartments. My toddler's bedroom was full of smoke that came up through the floors. Management refuses to do anything unless they are caught smoking (how is that gonna happen).

Found drug baggies throughout the building and property. 3 days after I moved in the entryway was broken. Met a few other residents at that point that said "there's always a problem with this place, not a day goes by without a problem "

They force you to leave a review as soon as you move in.after you have issues, you can't review on their site anymore. BEWARE! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Everytime I would go to complain, there was at least 1 other person putting in a complaint.

I got a mice in my appartment today my two years doughter got scared.i m 24 weeks pregnent too.and sandy the manager said she can send sombdy later today bcoz managment have some other tasks to do.when i said we can call the mice control pest she said plz i dont want to listion these kind of things.she got mad on me on the top

Wyndham Crossing is a great location. I’ve been living here for almost 4years now and I’ve never had any major issue or complain.

We've been staying in Wyndham Crossing for a little over of 5 months now. And within that time's span, we have nothing but astounding experiences in general. Would like to commend Divna and Ronna for their enthusiasm and sincerity towards tenants' service issues. Both of them really do rock!

I am staying at the apartment since last year, everything is so close from this place and the office staff is nice and friendly.

We've just rent out Wyndham Crossing Apartments and our rep was Ronna she is incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. She even help us get promotions. My roommate and I are so grateful for the experience and we can not wait to enjoy our new home

I moved into Wyndham Crossing apartments about 2 months ago and i had nothing but pleasant experience so far. The apartment is clean, well maintained and affordable.it's also in a great location and everything you need is within walking distance. The staff, specially Ronna have been very welcoming and accommodating.they always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and quick to attend to any problems that arises.

I have lived here for seven years and plan to stay here for longer. The apartment is in great condition. There are lots of events which make it a fun place to live and also you can get to know your neighbours. My two cats also love it here!

I have 7 years living in wyndham with my family and i am very happy in this place. It has an excelent location, we have very nice neighbors and the Office staff is very professional and friendly, i absolutely recommend this place.

Lived there for 2 years, 2 different suites.

First suite had mice in the winter. Had a hell of a time getting rid of them. But oh well, its mice.

Moved upstairs to a 3rd floor 3 bedroom suite after my daughter was born and all hell broke loose. Mice, bedbugs, mold and cockroaches. It took a long time to get them in to do anything about it, and they were still there when I left. When I went to do the move out clean, a female cockroach carrying her ootheca (egg sac) fell on my head and they still left me liable for cleaning

Let's not even mention the water pouring from the bathroom light fixture. ‍️

I'm *still* recovering from the financial ruin from living in and leaving this place, and although the management puts on great face, the buildings themselves are damn near uninhabitable.

Stay. Away. Please, I beg you.

Amazing staff, great community, great monthly rates.
Recently moved out of these buildings and can't recommend them enough to people looking for the best bang for their buck. Staff are always friendly, courteous and accommodating. When I first moved in 3+ years ago there was quite a bit of crime, and visits by the police and emergency services on a weekly basis, however under this team the last year and a half there's been none of that. The buildings have turned into a student/working/family vibe, it's usually really quiet, staff reply quickly and professionally and how could you not love Gloria the cleaner: D. Was sad to move out, but had nothing but great experiences, thank you Gail, Divna, Vishal and ofcourse Gloria.

Bad management everything here saks i got mouse be for 2 month stille here now I had 3 off them I talking office 5 times I call emergency like 6 time no one taker me wy wife so scared can't walk I don't know what can I do our food is damaged by mouse so all is bud in this apartment.

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we've had only positive experiences. The rent is affordable, and the units are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Every issue brought to staff attention is resolved quickly with a level of service rarely seen these days. And, as a huge bonus, there's a really cute and well maintained pool for the residents to enjoy!

They went the extra mile for move in, leaving us a sweet gift of a water bottle, a welcome card and some balloons when we took possession of the unit.

The real stars here are the staff. The office often does events to acknowledge holidays. Everyone in the office and elsewhere had been super friendly and completely amazing. I especially love office staff member V and the sweet lady I get to see and greet every morning as she's cleaning up the common areas. She's always chipper and sweet and even helped me down the stairs when I strained my knee!

The only downsides are minor. The buildings are a little old and so there is no elevator. Also, the office hours are a bit limited at times, occasionally making it fun for a working girl to catch them so I can pay rent on time or get some use out of the pool area. Those are very minor cons to a large amount of pros.

Overall, I highly recommend renting here, and plan to stay for the foreseeable future.
