So impressed with this hotel! Front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was quiet, modern and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of very tasty food. I will be making this my "go to place" whenever I end to stay in Edmonton.

The best hotel I've been on many trips. Great care and service for the big and the small. There are no more hotels like this. Be sure to go here. There is no swimming pool, but there is a small spa. The fitness center is not wide, but the equipment is top-notch. Breakfast is also satisfactory. Highly recommended. I would love to go back.thank you

Stayed on the night of June 29th, got there pretty late, and was a bit of a wait to check in. Only one person working the desk and about 8 people lined up to check in. Everything else was great, though, and I would come back.

I was wrong by looking at reviews and that made me choose this hotel aside from the location.

Towels are ripped and sooo old you can almost see through them. Went and asked for new ones.

At this point I was still not upset as they were able to replace them. But…

Then we just came back from an all day drive and there was no room service done to our room and same towels from the morning.

Elevator is dirty and it really looks like there are no or not enough staff to maintain this place.

I see one poor man cleaning around the building but no one else.

I can’t wait to get out of this place.

It is a normal 3 start hotel, with clean and spacious rooms.
There is always free coffee and tea available at lobby and it is good.
The breakfast is included, but it's quality is very low.

It was a short “turn around” stay at Wyndham Garden Edmonton Airport.
For the cost of room (king size single room) it was such a lovely space!
•Super comfortable bed
•lovely glassed in shower
•ample closet space
•plenty of lamps for desired lighting
•quiet space
Notches well above & superior to other hotels at same cost! Highly recommend!
**I did not partake, however the breakfast looked wonderful - I only grabbed a coffee.

The beds are so comfy that I want to take one home!
Love this hotel, all the staff are so friendly and the morning breakfast is delicious. We stay here every time we are in the area.

The hotel was nice and they offered a good breakfast. However, their shuttle. They will say service.was terrible. I waited for an hour outside after calling the hotel several times. I won't book with them again. This was after returning at 3am at the airport.them again.

The staff were very helpful, and gave good directions. I had a voucher from Air Canada that they were unable to redeem, but they took care of this without troubling me, and I got a nice room without being subjected to payment drama.

The place is a gem, in my opinion. The location is not great unless you like driving.

It was a nice place. Clean, beds we’re comfortable and the staff was friendly staff. I liked the close proximity to the airport and there was a shuttle that takes you to and from. I also like to mention their complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. I would stay here again.

They took an extra 50 dollar deposit over the room price.
They say 7-10 business days before it's returned to my card.
I've stayed in Hotel/ motels many times, this is the first time for this.
I don't think I'll need to stay at a Wyndham group hotel again.

I can only give 4 stars, not 5. The room and hotel looked good. I got a comfortable king size bed and I found the room spacious enough for me, for single traveller. I liked the size of the small fridge, however, it wasn’t clean and I wasn’t willing to use it. I booked a hotel because it’s conveniently located in the Edmonton airport area and offers a free shuttle. It took almost an hour to travel from the airport to the hotel by free shuttle. The shuttle was making stops at 4-5 hotels In the area and dropping off travellers. Front desk Lady was very professional and helpful! I would probably stay again, for the price I paid, if I ever in the area.

Very convenient for the reason we stayed. Family wedding. Very reasonable price. Very clean. Nice bar. Comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants. All in, really good experience.

I would give this hotel 4.5/5 stars if I could.
Stayed for 2 nights on an unexpected layover after a cancelled connecting flight.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Beds and pillows are comfortable.
Breakfast was hot and of good quality, as others have mentioned.
The staff was also very courteous and helpful, especially when working with me and my airline to sort out payment/hotel vouchers.
Only area of improvement would be to increase the temperature of the hot tub. It was more like a “warm tub”.

No complaints at all, great rooms, staff were friendly and it's close to the airport. Excellent value.

Was left at the Edmonton airport with no shuttle at 1am. I paid to park my truck and was using the shuttle service. No one answered the phone at the hotel after I was assured I just had to call. I paid the $25 for the 5 minute taxi ride. I’ve called to speak to the manager 3 times now and they’ve never called me back. Hotel is nice but if your planning on using the shuttle service maybe have a back up plan. Very unreliable and clearly management doesn’t care.

Our family of five stayed here for a hockey tournament and really enjoyed our time! I find most hotel rooms questionable but these rooms are legitimately clean, spacious and comfortable. We were also impressed with their decent complimentary breakfast! We would definitely stay again!

This place was definitely nicer than we expected! It is very close to shopping and you can walk to get something to eat. The hotel staff were very friendly as well. The king size room was very spacious and large enough for me to do a full glute workout before taking off for the day. The bed is very comfortable and there is a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. They also have a good selection of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion if you forgot yours or need the travel size to get through the airport. It is also eczema friendly if you have sensitive skin. We definitely would stay here again if we were back in Edmonton.

I'm not dissapointed. Room and bathroom was clean as expected. Bed and pillows are comfy. Free breakfast. Highly recommended

This place was niceeeee…. Trust me, I am personally picky about choosing hotels because I want it to be clean…. But This place was clean, beds were comfy, staff was good and there food was amazing. Imagine enjoying all this goodness for 5 five days…. It was amazing. They also have gyms and all that, there is also a Tim Hortons just across the street. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Front desk staff are not very professional sometimes. The cleaning guy had to track her down. Then she shows up with food in her mouth and chewing away. Luckily someone else came who was wonderful and quick. Oh yeah, the cleaning staff are excellent and very courteous. Shuttle guy can drive but constantly on his phone. Not good!

Absolutely amazing breakfast. Best we've ever had. Waffles, bacon, eggs, sausages and lots more.

We made a slight error on our booking that was taken care of by the friendly front desk staff member upon check in. Rooms, halls, elevators and breakfast were all very good! Easy location to find, access and use as our base. Thank you!

I have been visiting this hotel quite often during the past two years, mostly for stays in between flights. They just keep getting better all the time. Very popular and excellent spot for brief stop-overs. The manager runs a tight ship. The staff is excellent. Highly recommend.

My 'go to' hotel when I have to stay in the area. Clean, friendly staff, and a fair rate.

Well appointed rooms, great price (block booked for a wedding). Very polite and respectful staff. Good complementary breakfast. Convenient shuttle bus to wedding venue was important in picking this hotel.

Wow what a great hotel this will be my new go to spot. When we checked in there was a small mix up but they settled it and offered us a great deal. Who ever worked the the front desk Friday great service thank you. The breakfast is the best everything you want want.

I work and travel all over Alberta constantly and I’m always staying in hotels. Wyndham is the best hotel overall. I love this hotel because of the big walk-in shower and restaurant/bar in the hotel. One thing I don’t like is they REFUSE to hand out to-go containers for breakfast. They will fight you tooth and nail and won’t give you one. Overall though great hotel.

Alvin at reception was very much accommodating in the late hour that I arrived. He informed me there was a $50 fee waived if the stay was less than a day. Sigrid and Yuki at the front desk were able to secure some baggage trolleys for me on my way ot which was much appreciated. Jay, the kitchen staff was also very sweet and showed me where things were in the dining room. Because there were no dumb waiters to bring bags up he gladly and kindly helped me with my luggage. When I needed Hygiene supplies, specifically a comb and toothbrush they supplied them promptly. The hotel was cheap about $100 and I did not have to book it on Booking.com to save money. Overall I am incredibly impressed with the team of employees here. I would recommend this hotel especially to families with young children. It had a great atmosphere, positive staff, and the views were actually not bad and very clean bathrooms, hotel rooms etc.

Service was excellent, staff was so kind, room was immensely clean, and the buffet was absolutely amazing! It exceeded our expectations! The woman who was running the kitchen for the buffet was so kind. Would definitely stay here again; thank you guys!

Great breakfast, clean rooms, great service and parking for trucks. Hot tub is still closed. Walking distance to Subway and liquor store.

A great stay from start to finish! Wish it was longer than one night! I used the hot tub, exercise room, and had a drink at the lounge.cant say enough about this place.an upscale motel for a really good price

This is a lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing, as there were delicious waffles, fresh melons, assorted juices, eggs, sausage and bacon. There were so many different and very tasty items. The front desk staff were very helpful. I highly recommend Wyndham Garden!
