We had a great experience picking out furniture at xlnc! Rupi was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with answering all of our questions! We also never felt pressured to purchase anything (unlike most furniture places we’ve visited). They had the best prices and great selection. We ended up buying a sectional couch and an accent chair which they delivered and assembled for us - the delivery guys were very professional, kind and communicative with us. They did a perfect job putting our furniture together! I’d highly recommend xlnc to anyone in the market for furniture - we will definitely be back in the future!

I’ll start with the good:
-We like our furniture and our very happy with how it looks in our home, we also shopped during boxing week and got great prices on everything.

Now for the bad:
-Communication between XLNC and us was terrible. I placed 2 seperate online orders for a total of 4 items. I received confirmations for both that stated a date the item would be ready and that I would hear from them a few days before that date to confirm that it would be ready for pickup. For both orders I had to email them on or after the date it was supposed to be ready for pickup because I had heard nothing from them about picking it up. I also selected to pickup at the South store when I ordered and was left with the option of either picking up at the North store or waiting even longer to pickup at the South store.
-As for the items themselves, the dresser we ordered arrived with a broken rail for one of the drawers, I understand things happen and an order has been placed for a replacement rail to be shipped to us, so not a huge deal.
-For the bed frame we got, it was very clearly an opened/returned item because the assembly kit that came with the bed was for a completely different item so we had the wrong screws/bolts. This prevented us from even being able to put together the bed. While they were eventually able to gather some correct items for us to put the bed together, I had to email multiple times to get information/updates on what they were going to do to solve this situation. I was told I’d hear back soon with a solution and then heard nothing and had to follow up again. After all this, I was again left with the option of driving to the North store to pickup the parts to put our bed together or waiting longer to have them sent to the South store.

Overall I would say the headache has not been worth the good prices. I feel as if the bare minimum was done to rectify our problems.

The service and selection here is great! Sumedh helped us to find perfect pieces for our space.

Can’t say enough good things about this store. The selection was amazing, better prices than the big name stores, no pushy sales people. Highly recommend for anyone look for a good deal on furniture.

Superb service all around from xlnc furniture. From initial meeting with Rupi at the showroom the service i received was fantastic. I was shown appropriate items for my needs as well as given great help with how and where i could place them within my property. Delivery was in line with initial expectations and communication throughout the process regular. The delivery team were efficient and called before arrival arrival, then ensuring i was happy with placement and took all the packaging away: a really great experience from start to finish.

My wife and I went to XLNC furniture store for a new couch and it was our first and last stop. Almost our entire house has been furnished by XLNC and if I could give them more stars I would. Every time we go in, the sales people are not pushy. This weekend Sumedh helped us out with a custom sectional. We were in and out in less than an hour. Sumedh was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and was pleasure to work with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful without any pressure. I would not hesitate to recommend this store.

Received our couch, the delivery guys did a very poor job. They scratched everything on the staircase. When I asked them about it, they said it’s just how it is because the couch is too big. Obviously not a professional moving/furniture delivery company, the guys are very inexperienced. I called the shop, they told me to send all the pictures, I emailed them the pictures and heard nothing. Sent a follow up email and they just ignored it. I had to buy material & paint and fix everything myself.

It’s not the first time buying at XLNC but it is the LAST TIME.

I ordered a 3 seater couch on Dec 2021, and paid a deposit. They told me it will be ready for March 2022. I called many times on the status of my couch in March and the date was pushed back 4 times. They provided with a loaner couch which was very dirty. They delivered the couch today but the delivery men damaged the elevator. It was clear that the couch wouldn’t fit inside the elevator and they forced it in and was very rough with the product l purchased. I recommended them to take the stairs but they refused stating it’s against store policy which seems silly to me as some apartments don’t have elevators and some people like to have there furniture on the second floor of their home. It was only two flights of stairs with a landing area in between. They attempted to fix the damage and then shrug their shoulders and left, leaving the elevator damaged and malfunctioning. I do not recommend to buy your furniture from this store.

A nice and great furniture company. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. They have a lot of varieties of sofas, sectionals, mattress, box spring, ottoman, bed light, drawers, side tables, throw pillows etc. They deliver for free and their customer service is exceptional. I will recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy household and office furniture.

All of the furniture is in mint condition. The delivery guys were careful, polite, took their shoes off and did a great job setting up the bed sets.

We bought a floor model sofa and it was really affordable and the workers were very helpful in packing it up for us and loading it into our vehicle! Great selection and lots of good quality prices, would come again

The furniture is garbage. The customer service is slow. You can't walk into their show room with money in your pocket and have any service. We waited over 20 minutes for the customer service person to get off of a personal phone call. (We know it was personal because we could hear everything said on the phone).
The couch and love seat are the worst. The quality is below subpar and I've never had a more uncomfortable couch. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Their products are fantastic but their delivery guys rush a lot and didnt do a proper job. I would suggest they look into this job, as we ordered a full houses furniture from them and were disappointed in how they handled delivery especially with beds and drawers. Too much rush…

Wow. By the time I found XLNC I had been to dozens of other furniture stores. We took about 30 minutes to decide what we wanted. They were helpful but NO pressure. How refreshing! They also showed extreme flexibility when we were purchasing as I had forgotten my treaty card at home. I will always come here first in the future. Oh! AND they had what we wanted IN STOCK, which has been a problem everywhere else!

XLNC has been a delight to work with! We always check with them first on their products and pricing before anywhere else. We routinely have gone back to their stores to purchase our amazing sectional, dining table and chairs, bar stools, and dresser. After 2 years with our sectional, small wear and tear has occurred and they have replaced products for free, without even asking. An ongoing great service:)

Its just wastage of money to buy from here. I purchased mattress from here With 10 year warranty.only after 1 and half years spring comes out from side. And they refuse to change mattress and they said spring coils is not comes in warranty.

We have purchased our last 3 sofas from xlnc furniture. The services is always good and staff is always welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The quality of the sofas have always been good too. We are looking forward to the delivery our latest purchase. The coffee and the cookies go down a treat when we visit the store as well. Thank you) would definitely recommend them and have done several times.

Sadly we just left there and didn’t receive any help, nor were we even acknowledged when we walked in or left. One other customer in store and they were acknowledged immediately upon arrival. We came to purchase a sectional, waited about 10 minutes and now we are going elsewhere. Hopefully you guys see this and can make a change.

I ordered a new home furniture from XLNC. The furniture was the right fit for our new home, excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces. To furnish our bedrooms we had spent a lot of time of-line and on the internet to shop until we finally walked in the NE store, met berni and understood that we did not need to keep looking around. That dates back to Fall of 2020 and since then we have made certain number of orders with berni and all of them were followed up with high level of customer service, care and attention. Having been in the furnishing industry for many years berni knows how to meet customer's needs and to find a right solution even in the very problem like situations. My wife and I are very thankful.

We bought a sectional from the NE location in Calgary. The salesman was friendly and we like the couch. However, the delivery guys were rude. They were late and then were judging photos up in our home and seemed to be making fun of my family. I found them disrespectful and wanted them out of our house as soon as possible. I felt super uncomfortable.

We bought two beds, two bed-side tables, two drawers and of course mattress. Rupi was a great guy who patiently walked us through the different options we had, as well as the expenses. We made a measurement mistake with our bedside tables. I thought we had to bear with the unfit furniture because it is our own mistake after all, fortunately Rupi was there to help, and we got everything sorted out.

Hands down the best furniture store in calgary, not only are they products amazing and at great prices, their customer service is the best I've experienced at a furniture store. They take their time to find out exactly what product you need, show you the options, and always give the best des possible when its time to choose. My dad was looking for a new sectional for his home. We had gone to many other furniture stores but either didn’t appreciate the pushy sales folks, their tactics or the pricing was just way above his price range. Coming into XLNC we were greeted politely. The sales folks let us look around with no pushy-ness, or uncomfortable stares. They let us try things out and we felt very comfortable looking at all the options they had in store. When we had questions the sales person was knowledgeable and if he wasn’t sure he’d ask his boss for clarification, which was great and gave us peace of mind. We found a sectional dad loved, ordered with the promise of 3 weeks wait time. 3 weeks pass and sectional was delayed, told could be 6-8 weeks. The person I assume is the owner or manager was very eager to help and communicated well with my dad and was able to accommodate my dads urgency to have the sectional delivered to his home ASAP. Despite having a hiccup with delivery/availability of the sectional the quality of service, empathy and understanding of our needs far out weighs the inconvenience. Definitely will be making all of our home furniture purchases from this store in the coming months as well.

My husband and I saw a sectional we really liked on their Facebook page. I was very skeptical that it would be a bait and switch but we decided to chance it. So glad we did! The store is clean and bright, ZERO pressure from the staff and the couch we wanted was there! We bought it and arranged delivery (next day and they even took our old one for us!).
