Known this Doctor my whole life and i could say 1 thing. Quantity over Quality. He'll take as much people as he can without actually careing for them. I havent seen him in a few months and removed me as a patient. Reception said "youll have to wait til he takes on new patients or until they die". I know, blew my mind too

Been trying to call since yesterday to figure out what time my appointment is today but the phone is not working. I have no way of knowing what time to go in today so I really hope that I don't get charged for not showing up as I have been trying to call for the past 24 hours with no answer whatsoever.

Dr Yau is very knowledgeable and patient in treating my long term illnesses. He listens to my concern and very caring

Been going to Dr. Yau for ~25 years since before I was in elementary school. Did not see him over COVID because I didn't really get sick so I was removed as a patient. Won't accept 'new' patients so I can't go back. Amazing.

For over 15years. Knowledgeable. Just make your advance appointment to avoid a long wait.
