We had a limited budget and YEG Home Comfort Worked with us to stay within the budget.
They have a good understanding of their HVAC design and and always responded when we wanted to make changes.
I would recommend them 100%.

Quick response to my furnace problems. My home furnace is replaced in a timely manner. Brad, Rob & Jonathan are all very professional. They explained to me how the new furnace operates. Clean up work area after new furnace is installed. Highly recommended.

I got a garage heater installed today. They arrived on time and were very polite and helpful. Adam and Rob both great guys.
They were very professional, Adam was also giving me useful tips about general maintenance.

I could not fault this company. They are very reasonable, professional and do the job right without trying to sell you a product you don't need. They go above and beyond for their customers. Always accessible when you need them.

After clicking on their ad on FB, i got a call and got an appointment.
A person, Gus, came to my place. He was in and out of my house within 5-minutes. I told me he will send me a quote thru email. He didn't discuss the product they have or anything. He was in a hurry to leave.
I exchanged a few message and he said that it better I go with another company. If that was the case, why did he waste my time?
People, if this company does this at the sales stage, imagine what they will do after your have got their service/product?

I had instalation done on Monday.the lady making the appointments and collecting the payments was nice until she was on that process.after the instalation was done we had questions cause something wasn't right.no filter etc etc. I contacted her (nicole) next day and she was completely different. Rude, aggressive, not willing to help or even listened to me. I felt very disappointed and ended contacting the guy in charged of the installation (gustabo) and he was really good, sent somebody to finish the job and now it's good. I decided to go with your company cause I trust home depot would have a serious and professional company doing this kind of job.however I felt that maybe because of my accent she felt she could treat me like that and that's totally unacceptable.hopefully u take customer service as an important issue in the future to make surethe person on the other side of the phone is representing your company.

I am very happy with the service. They tell you exactly what needs to be fixed/replaced in your system. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone is just very friendly. They will not make you replace things if they don’t need to be replaced. I highly recommend YEG Home Comfort Ltd.

I reached out to this company to get garage heater installed. They were quick to send me a Sales Manager to review the garage and provide an estimate. The sales guy comes in to tell me that he is the guy who finds problems for the install and what should be quoted. He reviews everything and states this will be an easy install. I asked him when can they get someone to install and was quoted within the same week if i wanted as it was a very quick install. He then informs me of a promotion for 0% financing as well to which i was like thats great. I told him i would let him know within a few hours. I go and do a credit check solely for this purpose and approve the quote to proceed to which he tells me that he will get the coordinator to book me in. The co-ordinator Nicole was upfront from the beginning about the weather and that the appointment might not happen right in the morning and person might need to come in afternoon. On the first day of schedule, it gets rescheduled as she mentioned for which i took a day off but the tech comes in the afternoon and says i see problems. I cant do this now as it will take time to get this installed. So he leaves and tells me that someone else will reach out to reschedule quickly. No appointment available quickly and we reschedule to another time that would work best for them and me. I get a call one night before that the tech isn’t available so we need to reschedule. Nicole was trying her best to reschedule but couldn’t do anything.

The manager it seems does not care about promises, verbal agreements and quite frankly the contract. I ended up cancelling with this company as I already spent two days off for this work only to be cancelled due to problems according to them. Also the sales manager statements do not coincide with the technicians nor the co-ordinator. There seems to be no communication amongst them. Now i am out a credit check thanks to the company’s lack of agenda management and care for customers. Quite honestly it seems the manager didnt even care that i was cancelling the contract due to the lack of them holding up their end of the bargain. Lastly i dont need to hear the fineprint about challenging schedules after signing the contract. If you agree to a time, keep to it. I expected a call from this so called general manager atleast

After 4 months of installing the garage heater i am waiting for the permit i paid. They don't answer when I call them on the phone.

We just got installed AC from YEG in our new home. Very good experience throughout the entire process from sales to installation and permit.

All went smooth with the install. Guys that installed very knowledgeable and answered all the question I had. Only problem was scheduling, had it book but ended up getting bumped a month. I understand delays but not an extended period

Given a 4 star rated only since the AC cover still not available after installation. I was told the shipment for the cover was delayed from the supplier. Hoping to be available before winter, otherwise the installation was done professionally.

Very knowledgeable professionals. Installed and Ac unit for us in the heat wave last year. And did an under warranty repair to our furnace due to a questionable install from another company. Top notch! Thanks for that.

My overall experience with YEG Conform LTD was not the best, I contacted them because I had a problem with the humidity in my house, it was always below 25% and my kids were suffering because of that. I clearly mentioned that to the lady whom I spoke with that 'low humidity' is the main issue I want them to come and fix. She recommended to purchase their annual service from them and I did. They sent two gentlemen to my home. They did the inspection and corrected the position of one of the pipe dampers and said in two days humidity should be fine, also they told me that they will come back in two days to replace one the dampers motor that should be replaced. They never came back and nobody from the company called to schedule the follow up and I was surprised they sent me a bill for the visit! I emailed the to tell them that I'm expecting a follow up plus the humidity is still not fixed. I never got a response back. I called a week later and the manager responded that they will not come until I pay the bill! I told him but problem is not fixed. He started to give me excuses and ask me questions about my furnace setup, I told him talk to the technician you sent he knows what he did, he said he will do but he never came back to me, I called again almost 3 weeks after the visit as and the lady on the phone tried to push the responsibility away from them saying they did what they can do and nothing more can be done.to end this mess, I paid their bill in full and now I have to find another company to come and fix my humidifier. I'm very disappointed with their service experience. Not so professional in communication, just wanted their money and not the customer satisfaction.
