Great service and bang for your buck! Came to visit from BC, prices we're fairly similar to back home.

Lower per minute cost at a convenient location - heart of the city. 2 hours was enough to roam all the bridges and food joints on 82nd Ave across downtown

Scooters were also fast and well maintained.

Exceeded our expectations, the tour guides were funny, friendly and the photos they took for us were really great! They gave us glow sticks, sparklers, and got everyone to sing happy birthday for my sister!

Amazing time! Scooters were fast and sturdy felt very safe riding them! Staff were excellent, gave a great run through of how to run the scooters and great spots to see through the city!

Car got towed due to being misinformed by one of THEIR workers… We are tourists that asked a simple question and got the wrong answer which landed us in a dreadful and stressful situation. NO accommodations were made. Owner was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to deal with. Costed us $355 at the end of the scooter ride due to the Uber ride to the tow site, car impound ticket, scooter rental cost, and city parking ticket. Ridiculous!

Really fun activity. Got to see some sites I have never seen, and I've lived in Edmonton most of my life. Awesome staff too!

Out of town and decided to go for a scooter ride. When we got there we asked the worker if parking out front was permitted. The worker told us that it was free to park out front and that are car would be fine there. When we got back our car was towed away costing over $300 for a ticket and it being impounded. YEG scoot did not compensate for there worker giving misleading information. Thought a tourist company would look after tourists better. Don’t recommend, scoot with someone else In Edmonton.

This business does not have great customer service. When I called them, the person on the phone could not answer my questions and accidentally hung up on me.

Great experience! Better than riding a lime or bird if you have bigger groups. Scooter is fully charged from the beginning and will last a few hours without worrying about everyone being at different levels of battery reserves. Scooters were fast but very stable. The team at YEG scoot were friendly and accommodating to changes. Had a blast. Highly recommended!

If I could give YEG Scoot a 6/5 I would! This experience exceeded my expectations. The guides were so friendly and fun. The picnic we had on top of a hill was gorgeous as we were able to see the beauty and nature of the Edmonton parks. I loved riding the scooters, they were easy to handle and I never felt unsafe. The guides really went above and beyond to make sure we got the best experience of Edmonton. If you're looking for a way to explore the city and the surrounding parks, this is the perfect thing to do. We learned a lot about the city and felt like we were locals! I have no bad things to say about YEG Scoot. My friend and I loved it and we would book again in a heartbeat.

The service is awesome! The entire idea of renting out a scooter and exploring the city is such an ingenious idea. My friends and I really enjoyed our 2 hour session and it's definitely something we'd want to do again. The worker there was friendly and welcoming. The scooters were also in great shape! I would recommend this place to anyone living and visiting Edmonton.

This was a great experience and the staff was amazing! The riverside trails are a great place to explore!
