Being young and disillusioned with the whole market, I never thought I’d have the constitution—let alone the finances—to go through with a home purchase. From start to end (and all the fun chaos in-between), Ryan was a fantastic coordinator, strategist, and shoulder. He always showed up with new options, enthusiasm, and ongoing support during the search and purchase. On the extremely rare occasions he wasn’t immediately available, he linked me up with colleagues seamlessly, ensuring no moment was wasted. I’m now settled into a chapter I never thought I’d have the privilege to begin, and that’s in no small part due to his earnesty, detailed eye, and commitment to seeing the small things through.
