The driver had no idea how to find me or where he was going. Ended up calling a different company

Yellow cab #74, just about ran me off the road on 199 st today. He turned in front of me, then proceeded to slow way down, almost causing an accident. He then ran a solid red light at 199th and 62. There is no way these drivers have a valid license. Stay safe, and pick another cab company.

It's awesome know that if you use the app you know the cost before the trip. Makes it so much easier, that you know that heavy traffic won't cost you a fortune.

Near impossible to just get a cab. Tried to call a cab for a customer and it took 3 minutes to hear about their app, on the phone, before finally getting to the point where I can tell the computer the address, and then it wouldn’t book for anything sooner than Wednesday. It’s Saturday. Called Coop and had a car here 8 minutes later.

It would be a good idea to actually pick up your client when they book a handicap taxi over a month in advance, rather than canceling literally last minute, resulting in her missing her daughters WEDDING!

Garbage service, and no attempts at resolution were made whatsoever. Not even an apology. Whoever is running this show needs to go take a course or two on customer service.

Absolutely appalling.

Ride was good, just when I called and explain my trip, I got one price snd at totally payed double. It is not the drivers felt, it is someone who answer the phone. I asked her, if it is full price she told me yes and afterI charged double.it is very sad and I am very disappointed from call taker.when I called back to check why it is happened, another lady told me this is price for one way and you was waiting also. I just wandering why driver did not put road counter, and I paid when we arrived on one way, before we drive back. Anyway driver drive safety, I can complain just that he decide gave me rate and did not count my way. It is very unpleasant at all.

I would give a zero if I could. Say they've arrived but didn't. Then called again and nothing. What a run around. Years of taking them. Never again. Missed an appointment I booked month ago.

HI there, They could have easily kept that overpayment of monies but instead abided by integrity as a company! I sent in an overpayment, paying 2X and didn't even realize when much to my surprise I receive an email from Shannon advising they processed a credit! Beautiful! Thank you! In addition, the cabs were on time every time for us. We have used this service 4 times in the past month and every time it was great! How amazing is that! Thank you!

Car shows up and wants 60 dollars upfront for a trip that uber charges 24 dollars WITH a GREAT tip. This is why people are RUNNING from these Scabs. When you try to ripoff an informed passenger you look really bad. Good news is I converted 10 cab takers to switch to Uber. Thanks Yellow Cab for making that possible.

A taxi almost t boned our vehicle as they ran through a hard red light travelling at least 60km/h (all other traffic had stopped) which necessitated my partner having to stop very quickly to avoid a significant accident. Called the dispatch to complain and then was put through to a random voicemail with no one who called back.

Absolutely abysmal performance on the part of yellow cab.
