If I could give six stars I would. These folks go above and beyond and are very friendly to deal with. I had them do a poly-b replacement on a pretty big house, it was done well and on time.

Brandon did all the roughing and finishing plumbing on my bathroom renovation. Everything looks and works great. He was able to move my toilet across the bathroom which was a game changer for the overall renovation. He also installed the steamer unit for my shower and was able to put the unit in my basement per my request.

Brandon did a great job with a hot water tank replacement that I unexpectedly needed. He was thorough, fair and efficient. The price quoted was the price I paid. Great service! Will definitely be my go to for any future work.

Brandon and his team were friendly and efficient. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. It was a nice change for someone to care instead of trying to sell me a bunch of services I didn’t need.

Brandon and Brody replaced all the poly B water supply line in my house and they did a good job, keeping clean and taking care to not cut out too much drywall. They were efficient and professional. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because all the 5 star ratings they've gotten seemed too good to be true so I'm doing my part to make the ratings believable. They really do deserve 5 stars though * * * * *

Woke up one morning to a cold house and my Lennox furnace making a horrible sound! Brandon got back to me right away. He went out of his way that same day, to come over in the evening and diagnose the issue. He quickly identified the problem and the next day had my furnace back to new! He was very professional and prompt - would use these guys 10/10 times!

We had some poly-B piping as well as a few shut off taps that needed replacing in our basement. We called Yeti Plumbing and Heating because we had friends who recommended the company. Brandon was professional throughout the entire visit. He booked me in for an appointment quickly and showed up when he said he would. He provided a clear overview of what he was going to do and the estimated prices for each part. His pricing, compared to what I was quoted from another plumber, was significantly better. His work looks excellent and everything is working as it should after he left. Would recommend.

Faced with a "plumbing emergency" on the Saturday night of the long weekend, I was SO impressed with the quick response I received from Yeti Plumbing. Brandon provided several options to address our problem (his recommendation was actually the least expensive option - greatly appreciate his honest advice on this) and helped us get it resolved. Installed our A/C. Quick, efficiently, explained how the system works. Helped us pick a new thermostat that will bring us into the current century. Left the area clean, and didn't not disrupt our grass. Answered questions after the appointment as well. 100% will use them in the future for other services.

We used Yeti Plumbing and Heating to get a quote on a house purchase we wanted to buy that needed a bit of plumbing repair. Brandon showed up on time the next day and gave a reasonable quote that allowed us to negotiate to get that work done. Once we got possession of the house Brandon was over at our place installing and fixing the toilets and new fixtures as soon as he could. Service was excellent and prompt. He even had to come over a few weeks later to help with a water heater issue that popped up and was fantastic.

I needed a propane firebowl converted to gas with a kit I purchased meant for the firebowl. I wasn't comfortable attempting it myself, so I reached out to Brandon to see if he would be willing to take on the job. Brandon was happy to help and fit me into his schedule in a timely manner. He was competitively priced, honest and didn't mind answering any questions I had regarding installation or safety of the conversion. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!

When our furnace went down, Brandon responded right away and diagnosed the problem immediately. Our gas line valve needed replacing and he was able to fix it with zero issues. Brandon displayed excellent customer service and response time. Highly recommended!

Our Air Conditioning unit wasn’t working properly, we called Brandon and he was very responsive. Upon looking at it he found it was a loose wire and our breaker had tripped. It was an easy fix but he did such a great job and made sure there were no other loose wires on the unit. It was definitely a great experience for AC maintenance!

Brandon is absolutely amazing to work with! He did great work, showed up when he said he would, always kept me in the loop, was respectful of our family and home, and went above and beyond! We had him rough-in the plumbing in our basement for a bathroom and bar area and beyond that he was able to fix a problematic toilet and switch out old leaky water shut-off valves for outdoor taps. He was also able to fix mistakes in previous duct work. His rates are very reasonable and we will definitely be calling him for all of our plumbing and heating needs!

I own a renovation company and I used these guys on a couple basements and a emergency leak repair after one of my pipes burst on my house. They were there right away and sealed up my burst pipe that froze from the cold snap

These guys make things happen. I called them last minute on valentines day that dinner time and they came 1 hour later. My furnace stopped working and it was like -30 outside.
