Young Living Essential Oils - Alberta Experience Centre

Incredibly expensive for tiny little bottles. I am a massage therapist and need oils for raindrop therapy. I purchased the raindrop kit and the lids to the oils don't seal. No matter how tight you close them the oil leaks out.all over my treatment bag. What a scam, fix your packaging if you're charging exorbitant prices for this garbage. Guess where I'm not getting my replacement oils from? !

The YL Website is difficult to navigate and intentionally complex. I experienced error messages multiple times at multiple stages in my order - continually preventing me from processing my order. Took multiple attempts over 3 days including 3 phone calls to TL, plus a call to my bank regarding my card to verify that my card was ok. They have a stranglehold on their customers requiring them to be members and to be part of their pyramid scheme.
I finally explained my next step would be to leave a negative review and then the order was processed right away!
Hmmm …

The questions I had were immediately answered. There are so many amazing and single-blend oils to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been a faithful monthly customer for many years & love the products that Young Living makes BUT their customer service is horrible! In April, I received a physically faulty bottle of CBD, resulting in over half the contents to leak out. I paid almost $80 for this product. On May 4th, I was told that a replacement product would be sent to me. Several weeks later, when my product still had not arrived, I contacted the company only to find out that it never got processed. My order was supposedly reprocessed. Now, today, on May 31st, this order still has not been shipped! I don’t live in a world where I can keep spare $80 bottles of a product I use everyday. I needed a replacement weeks ago! Instead of expediting the product to me, they continue to just keep “processing” my order. I asked for extra compensation after the first mistake & was granted a $10 credit. But I question what good a credit really does me when I can’t get the products I need. I have never been so disappointed!

I love coming into This Experience centre. The staff are super helpful, kind, and great!

Excellent and Friendly Service. A huge collection of theraputic essential oils, body products, make up, diffusers, supplements and a line of essential oils to take your cooking to a new level. A must stop in!

I was introduced to Young Living Essentials by a friend in Europe, and I am so glad she introduced me to this amazing place! They have some of the most high potency oils and an amazing selection! I highly recommend using their products.

Worst customer service ever! Just was there. 2 people working and one other customer in there. Not a hello, can I help you, nothing. I wanted to know more information about the product lines etc. I likely would have bought quite a lot had someone even acknowledged my existence.

Worst website I have ever experienced in my life! Have been a member for years but need to order only 2 times a year. EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to place an order the website is not doing what it is supposed to be! It doesn't find the product I am looking for (ex.mouthwash-almost impossible to find) and when I click on Add to Cart, it doesn't add it in. It is also a nightmare to be switching between 2 different catalogues (US & CA), and it constantly circles me around within the system. I always have to call customer support to place my order. In most cases they also cannot figure out why my side of the website is doing what it's doing. I have tried different serves but it's still the same issue. This is the worst and least shopper friendly website I have ever used! I do a lot of online purchasing and I have never had the experience I am having with this one. The oils and products themselves are excellent, but the site shopping experience is horrific. My review rating is based on the website experience only and not on the actual products.
