Went to pharmacy for tooth ache that is in jaw ear and head said he didn't have any codeine. Why as a pharmacist didn't he tell me about Tylenol and advil. Just shoved me off to Rexall.
Hey pharmacist I'm 62 just looking for relief not a high, quit judging people and start helping.

I arrived at 8: 55PM to grab one quick thing and the door was locked already. I don’t know what’s going on here lately but get rid of those awful self check outs.

DO NOT BUY ROASTED CHICKEN from here it’s was dried out shoe leather like it had been siting under the heat lamp for a week!

I’m not from Devon, but stopped in the grocery store to pick up a few things as I was driving by I went through the self checker and was helped by Colton. He went over and above to assist me Made my check out experience as pleasant as it could possibly ever be. Might just have to start shopping there every time I’m coming from the airport on my way home

They just opened the self serve checkouts. I don’t like using them because every time an issue with the stupid machine pops up and it takes forever anyways. Theres always one worker at these and then only one til open. The lady at the til was processing a HUGE order. I line up and a guy lined up behind me. Well lady working the self checkout gets all chummy with him and oh she can help him out on til 1. Guess I’m a nobody to her so she doesn’t need to ‘open a til’ for me. I end up using the self checkout. Lousy customer service. Prices are way higher than superstore in the city too. I only go here for odds and ends and even then probably better off at IGA.

Went in looking for a lint roller and ice pack; they had neither. There was also no self check out. The person at the deli was helpful as was all the other staff.

With the recent addition of your self-checkout counters, you have lost us as customers. For 10 years since we moved to the area we have been willing to pay higher prices for our groceries because we wanted to support our small town businesses, including your grocery store, instead of spending our money at the larger Superstores in the cities. But with that loyalty came an expectation that your small town store supported the community back by providing jobs to local people. Our last visit to your store was disappointing to say the least. It was obvious that most of the cashier jobs had been eliminated to accommodate those self-checkouts. We had a full cart of groceries and got in the lineup for the ONLY cashier station with an actual person. It was obvious that you were restricting people who wanted to use an actual cashier by only having one station open, assuming we’d become frustrated waiting in a very long lineup. Well, it worked … one time only. We moved over to the self-checkouts because we were in a hurry. What a joke that was. The self-checkouts were so tiny that there was no place to put your bags of groceries as we were still emptying out our cart. Our bags ended up on the floor until we were able to move them back into the cart. Those self-checkouts are only good if you have very few items to checkout. This was at the end of a work day for me, so if you think I want to check out my full grocery cart AND bag everything, you’re wrong. I have a feeling that this change will backfire on your business, and I doubt I’m the only one who’s unhappy with this change. Luckily there is another option in town, with actual cashiers, which got my business today and going forward.

Reliably fresh produce although overpriced compared to surrounding areas. Good selection of grocery items, including international items.

Always looking for there 50% off food deals.
They need a real bakery.
Best produce in Devon,
Staff need to be more aware of customer service.

Usually I stop into this location on my way to the airport. Don't normally shop here but it seems like a well organized and clean store.

A bit crowded.display wise. But staff are very friendly and helpful

I cannot express my gratitude for everyone who works in this pharmacy. There are so many words!
I live in Airdrie, and was on my way to take my mother, (who has Alzheimer's), to her doctor appointment to renew her prescriptions. The weather changed drastically on the highway, and I was forced to turn around and head back to Airdrie. The FANTASTIC Dr. Clay was quick to call me and quick to get the prescriptions to the pharmacy. The amazing, caring ladies, particularly Robin, you are a star! They took the time with me over the phone to sort through my mother's medications and make a plan. They took the lead and everything was flawless.

Nice grocery store with friendly staff and great selections. Prices are out of this world though.

I shop there often and every time I go into the store I hear the staff chatting with clients and laughing with them. Always very friendly faces. Love this store.
