Truly the beat beef I have ever tasted. Always the best customer service and will always go back. I order 500 in steak at a time and it always last me about 2 months with my family of 3. Bonus ask them about the steak seasoning they offer. Truly the best.

I recently moved to Airdrie from Calgary and was out exploring the area and found this gem of a business. The staff are incredible, the messaging system was really quick as well as I had follow up questions.
The food is amazing and fresh. Can’t wait to go back.
-They also sell foods for your pets! My dog has gone crazy for the pucks and bones.

We get all of our meat and eggs from here, the price point is on par with regular grocery stores (bar Costco) but the quality of meat and eggs is far beyond. Your body will thank you for buying from here.

Great staff, so helpful and accommodating. The food was great quality and tasty. We had cowboy rolls, chicken and beef. Also had some beef jerky. A little pricey but a very nice treat.

Wow, I've been searching for good beef since moving to airdrie. We have tried everywhere and was disappointed, thought I'd never find a AAAA steak.

Well I found it thanks to Your Local Ranch, won't shop anywhere else for meat from here on out

We visited for our very first time and by my surprise was impressed with the quality, intention and family orientation of this family owned business.

The way they collaborate and sustain themselves by reusing products with local businesses was awesome.

We fully stocked our freezer for the month for about $300.00

They have specials and great prices that are better for your health compared to the mass production at grocery stores.

Okay - so I thought my expectations for a buying experience from "direct from the ranch" would be under whelming. I had seen the little butcher shop building online and thought that it would be it. Any action would be far off from us "city slickers".

EXPECTATIONS BLOWN AWAY. I could not be more happily wrong in my expectation. You are driving on to a working ranch and know it. My young daughter and I were politely asked to move aside for just a moment as a rancher (On horseback, which is rare) moved some steers down the pathway infront of us. We got to inspect some of the chicken, and witnessed their less then week old foal lying in the grass with her Momma in the coulee.

The (Owner?) came back around on horseback and let my daughter pet his horse (Nelly maybe? I can't remember). He was a very outgoing character with so much knowledge and pride of the farm. He invited us back for Farm Days in August and couldn't not hold back his excitement with all the interesting activities they had planned until we couldn't help but commit to coming back to see.

We haven't had the opportunity to try our meat packages yet - but I'm already a happy customer from the EXPERIENCE of buying local already.

I know buying local is a privilege. For us this is a special exception to our budget to celebrate father's day. But comparing prices to a Large Canadian Retailer with far greater buying power - In 2022 with the inflation pricing, I found this not too much of an indulgence. A superior experience (Who can say "grocery shopping is an experience? ". It's so cool!). Customer service was outstanding and so easy to order. We felt good about your investment in our "neighbors" and about the environmental footprint of buying beef (which is not a guilt free affair).

Location is also not a hinderance. Only a few minutes from Airdrie. I lost track of time because we were too busy enjoying the sunshine views of the countryside. But on a clear day Calgary City centre is easily within view on the top of the coulees. Worth a drive from Calgarians as well!

We just moved to Alberta from Ontario and we have heard Alberta beef is unbelievable. We bought 2 New York Steaks from your local ranch and guess what everyone is right. Your local Ranch beef is the best and we will never buy a grocery store steak again.

My husband and I have been purchasing our beef, chicken and eggs from YLR for a few years now. Amazing quality and very reasonable pricing. We ordered a Turkey this past thanksgiving as well that was amazing!

Tried for the first time today and will be returning. Very informative and polite to talk to and the steak was great.

A hidden gem of a place for SURE! The drive to get there is gravel roads for the most part but the place and product. WORTH ITTTTT! Pulling into the location, it's so quaint and beautiful! The selection of meats and goods is more than I ever thought would be available and at great prices for the quality! We cooked all of the hearts purchased with a sous vide! My friend from Ontario even bought a bunch to bring home! Alberta beef at it's finest! I highly recommend! So close to Airdrie too!

First visit today, staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process and their meat! Loved the whole experience, and the meat we bought was great quality! Will definitely be returning.

My wife and I really enjoy getting our meats, dogfood and eggs from here. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Just purchased a brand new Traeger smoker for my husband. Not only were the prices great but they threw in some pellets & spices! They had absolutely everything I needed as far as accessories went as well. Great communication & amazing service. Looking forward to buying some briskets this summer to try out the new smoker. If you live near Airdrie and haven’t been to Your Local Ranch yet you are missing out big time. It is absolutely the best beef I’ve ever had. It actually taste different, in the best of ways! Best taste, best texture, and reasonably priced!
