The staff at the Kensington location are fantastic! Always friendly and welcoming and everything we have had tastes great! Watermelon Slush and Earl grey and pistachio gelato is awesome!

My favourite bubble tea place in Calgary and I’ve tried from coco to jus fruit and this one is the best from drinks to customer service as well as their gelato options. It’s a cute place with little anime accessories you can buy if you want and the customer service is friendly!

Best bubble tea shop in Calgary! Yummy milk tea, fresh fruits, and awesome milk foam. They also have Gelato, which is rich and creamy, with a perfect texture. Absolutely stunning, definitely on par with the Gelato I've had in Italy! The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and answer any questions I had. I'll definately be back!

Such a great little gem of a place! My daughter loved the fresh gelato! My wife and I enjoyed the Oreo and Nutella cold tea, which I have to say is a must try. They have a great selection of deserts and beverages, it might take you a while to choose what you want.

Ps. They have a wall of really cool pins and stickers you can purchase as well.

I've been coming to Yummy Q since I moved to Hillhurst over a year ago. Staff are friendly and skilled:) Seriously! Trying their made-in-house gelato is a must.

Today I got their "Blue Sky" w/ a bit of matcha, and a strawberry nutella bubble waffle (but I ate that immediately. It delicious)

The BEST boba place in town. So many options, great popping jellies you can’t find at most chain stores. The ice cream is delicious. The merch + enamel pins are so fun and I always love looking around while I wait. The couple that runs this place are so kind and hard working.

They have the cutest and quite innovative bubble tea containers. The cap is in the shape of a cat with a hole for the straw and a plug to close the hole should you not want to use the straw anymore and don’t want the drink to spill. They have some pins, gelato and a few other snacks that I can try when I go there next.
As for the actual quality of the lychee milk tea with tapioca pearls that I got, it tasted lacklustre and the flavour wasn’t strong, neither in the tea itself nor the pearls, which was disappointing. I was reading through past reviews before choosing this place and I should’ve looked closer because a lot of the folks submitting these reviews have had little to no experience with boba before.
Thus, this is a cute little place if you’ve never tried bubble tea before (outside shop sign is a bit nondescript though), especially if you live in Kensington, but not a go-to for boba aficionados like me.

One of the best bubble teas I’ve had in the city. The jasmine milk tea had the perfect amount of flavour without being overpowering or watered down like in some other shops. The owners were efficient without compromising service. Perfect place to stop by on a hot day before heading over to the river!

The place is so good and everyone there is super helpful, sweet and kind. I think I had strawberry watermelon fruit tea and it's so delicious. Definitely worth getting the fruit tea in summer. The whole menu is amazing!

Amazing little place! Their brown sugar black milk tea is amazing really flavorful and in the cutest cup ever. Their Taiyaki
are a great treat. My favorites are the M&M, Red Bean & coconut. Their wall of pins are super nice! Found some really great ones. Definitely worth the visit.

I just tried yummy Q for the first time and it was so good, we tried the peach slush and avocado slush which was made with real fruit and came in a cute cat cup! The staff was so helpful and friendly, I can’t wait to go back!

This is my go to bubble tea! The cups are cute. There are some flavours like coffee that I wish they had, but overall I'm always satisfied.

The staff is so kind and they can customize your drink however you want it (caffeine no caffeine) it’s such an amazing local place. However if ur not a fan of super sweet things I would reccomend getting only 50% sugar on their bubble tea drinks. Also idk where they get their icecream but it is SO YUMMY

I'm not usually one for a lot of bubble tea, but this place was delish! I was pleasantly surprised with my choice and the service was quick and kind!

Brown Sugar bubble tea done riiiight in an ultra cute, functional container and freshly made taiyaki. They also sell really cute East Asian knick-knacks, such as aesthetic enamel pins, stationary, boba tumblers, and kitchen tools.

Can't wait to go back and try their other snack options, like their waffles and Gelato!

Yummy Q is an amazing place to get something to drink or eat! They have lots of gelato flavors and milk tea! The prices are really good, and the staff are very friendly. Everything in there is so cute as well! Definitely worth a visit <3

Pearls are always chewy and perfectly made. I love how they use real fruit in the drinks, especially the sparkling drinks are my favourite! Never regretted buying a drink here, trying new flavours is a joy. Would recommended 10/10:)

The store is filled with stationery, accessories, and plushies! Lots of cat themed stuff as well as BTS. This place is a hidden gem and I am so glad I came! Definitely coming back soon:)

Fruit flavours were barely there & milk tea was absent. Half sugar was bland, full sugar was syrupy. Toppings were inconsistent. Staff were nice, but drinks were not worth the price (2/5).

I love the atmosphere in the store and the owners are the sweetest. Ive been more mainstream boba franchises and quality of drinks are extremely different, and same with the care and respect towards customers.

Decided to go on a whim and also picked this place because of the good ratings, and we were very happy with our experience. The staff member who helped us was very sweet and helped us decide on some drinks. All the drinks are very high quality with lots of fresh fruit, and you can tell the tea base is good quality too. Prices are very reasonable and the variety is awesome. Definitely will be coming back!

The owners are actually so sweet and the prices are totally reasonable. There is a huge selection of drinks. We ordered the dirty milk tea with purple yam (love purple yam!) and a strawberry peach yakult and strawberry peach slush. The pearls are nice and chewy, you can adjust your sugar levels, and this is a weird perk, but their cups are super cute and really sturdy to the point where you can actually reuse them.

The bubble waffle is delish, crispy on the outside, soft on inside. And I went for the totoros, which really don't taste different from the bubble waffle, except they're really adorable and where else can you get something like that?

10/10 would come back!

I love how they play BTS songs and their cups are cute. The bubbleteas are a slight bit pricier I.e a fruit tea with one topping is $7 but the drink is good

Popped in for an afternoon snack. We ordered the mango gelato roll, red bean and golden yam taiyaki, and a brown sugar bubble tea with soy milk. Everything was top notch and very well-made. It was also well priced for the quantity you get. Definitely will be going back.

The best milk tea I have ever had in Calgary. It surprises me that all the drinks on the menu are unbelievable good. They use true organic food materials and no additive, so it’s very healthy. I recommend to have ”Dirty cup” series, fruit slush, and milk foam series. The traditional milk tea is good as well. Hope everyone know and love Yummy Q!

Place is very clean, staffs are kind and nice! This place has lots of options! However, there don't have many seat so just for take out!

I ordered a iced taro bubble tea and a iced bubble milk tea, I was disappointed with them. They didn't taste bubble teas at all. Also, the syrup and the beverage were't mixed well. I think I won't go there again. The cafe was clean, neat, nice but the milk teas are not my type.

Been here many times. Fantastic quality! I recommend ordering the taiyaki. There's many flavours. For those unaware. Red bean is considered a dessert. I was surprised at how sweet it is, and not what I expected. You have to wait as they cook the taiyaki. When it arrives it's hot and the most delicious thing!

The waffles are fantastic too. I highly recommend this place. Please go visit and support the new local business:) the owner is wonderful and so are all the staff!

One of my favourite places for bubbletea. This place is amazing! They actually made me a drink that wasn't on their menu and it tasted exactly the way I like it! They even gave me extra jellies when I only asked for pearls. Very friendly service and asked me how everything tasted. This place is fairly new but I already like it more than most places. They carry cold and hot drinks so you can visit any season. I definitely recommend coming to this adorable little place on a hot sunny afternoon.

Most disappointing rolled ice cream ever experienced. Staff service is not worth mentioning and overpriced with hardly any ingredients used

Ordered 4 drinks during their BOGO promotion and all were disappointing. We got their smoothies and two of them tasted like ice and the other two did not taste like what they should have tasted like.

Rolled ice cream was good, and my bubble was delicious - lots of flavour and good texture to pearls. I wish I could choose to add fresh fruit to my rolled ice cream not just candy or cookies. Prices are average and service was really great.

Ordered the pineapple drink with cream cheese and bubble waffle.
Staff had no smile, drink tasted like water with a hint of pineapple, couldn’t taste the cream cheese. Bubble waffle taste like plain batter with no other taste to it. I think they use premixed powder instead of the fresh ingredients.
A store with mixture of things for choices from candy, rolled gelato ice cream, bubble tea to bubble waffle. Wouldn’t go back to this place again. One good thing is their price are cheap.

Closed on a Tuesday at 8 pm. No social media posts whatsoever. This place is unprofessional. Got half of our drinks wrong. Ordered a plain jasmine tea ($2.99) and entered it in as a mixed fruit jasmine ($7.99). I told them no ice no sugar. Then they added cream cheese to it. My friend ordered a grapefruit drink and got a grape drink. Another friend didn't get pearls when she asked for them. My so ordered a yakult drink and they entered it in as lychee before we corrected them. They offered zero apologies and didn't really care, especially the guy who took our orders. We tried to give them another chance today but they decided to be closed with zero indication online.

First time to come here and tried passion fruit smoothie. Very good, will definitely recommend and be back next time!

Tried the ice cream and it was different and refreshing. Cant sait to try the other little baked fishballs and fillings they have. Price was better then expected.

Went for an after dinner treat and had the ice cream rolls. The ice cream was delicious and the people were lovely. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back for more
