David & Jason were excellent to work worth during a prolonged and sometimes frustrating home search. They were always willing to schedule viewings when it was convenient for us and offered objective opinions about each property which ultimately helped us find the right home and be thankful for exercising patience and restraint in the process.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with YYC Real Estate Group, and specifically Jason Ngo! When I found out in the spring my family and I would be relocating to Calgary from the United States, I was instantly overwhelmed by the logistics. Due to COVID regulations, visiting and arranging housing ahead of time was NOT an option.

While we knew we would have to rent temporarily, we had the ultimate goal of buying within the first few months of being there. I found YYC Real Estate Group online and saw they had great reviews. I called and received a call back from Jason within an hour. He took time to meet with me and my husband via FaceTime. He explained all the neighborhoods, and based on our list of wants/needs, made recommendations for where to look. He created a personalized page for house listings so that we could start to get an idea what was out there.

When it came time for us to find a temporary rental, Jason offered to go to the location and FaceTime us for a virtual tour! He even worked with the landlord to get a short-term lease, and looked over the paperwork to make sure it was all standard. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have someone there in-person working on our behalf.

When we arrived in Calgary we immediately started evaluating neighborhoods, and looking at houses. Jason was so responsive! He was quick to reply to all texts, and book viewings in a timely manner. It only took 4 days of looking before he showed us our dream home. He helped us navigate the offer process and every process that followed. While I am sure there was a fair amount of background work I never saw, Jason made it seem seamless.

Today we closed on our house. From start to finish this group has been professional, responsive, and extraordinarily helpful. Jason handed over the keys this afternoon along with a housewarming gift to enjoy in our new home. I cannot thank this group enough.
