I cleaned carpets for my house today.
I am very satisfied for this job.
The staff worked great.
Deep clean, keep the promise,
no extra charge even though I asked one medium size carpet.
He is very kind too.
And price is so reasonable.
Absolutely no complaints.

FOUR WORDS: DO NOT USE THEIR BUSINESS
We purchased two service packages 5.5 and 3.5 manpower hours (totalling 9 hours) from Groupon, and they agreed to provide the 9 hours service in one day.
An East Indian guy showed up at the door at 11: 45AM who, I believe, is the manager, with 3 housekeepers. He said I have to pay a service fee of $50 to cover the travel and cleaning products costs which I agreed to pay for.
The manager showed up again at 2: 10pm and picked them all up and left without an explanation why they did not fulfill their 3 hours that I had paid for.
This kind of business practice is cheating, unacceptable, unethical, and unprofessional. Who would ever use their services ever again? I want to warn everyone who is planning to purchase services from them. They are not good and very unethical. They try to steal money from you. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I used this company to clean my carpet to prepare our house for sale. The owner was very friendly and very dilligent and did an excellent job of removing years of stain and dirt.

We had a great experience with Zanjani Cleaning Service. They did all the to do list items in time with high quality services. Will definitely reach out to them for our next cleaning

Called for a move in deep clean as I am quite busy and there were somethings that professionals can do a lot faster. Was quoted $280 and the possibility of paying more if things were really bad and took longer. I showed them a few areas of concern which were dealt with. But when I pay for a deep clean I wouldn’t expect dust or crumbs in the corners and on top of baseboards. Inside of the cupboards remained dusty.
I did do a quick walk though, showed me the problem areas I mentioned which I was fine with. But I didn’t have time to inspect everything at that time. House smelled clean so I figured things were good.
Responded to their ‘how did we do email? ’ And voiced my concerns. They basically said they could have charged me more. But since I did a quick walk through at the time it’s not their problem anymore.
The crew did a good job on the areas they cleaned but missed a few areas that I figured would be clean. Could be a management issue.
Update: Spoke with Maj, offered to bring crew for an hour and clean for free.

Alaw and Lana were at my house yesterday. The two started scrubbing as soon as their feet were in the door. My husband, who doesn't notice if I clean, NOTICED things were clean. The bathrooms sparkled. The walls had no random scuffs. The floors had no footprints. The carpets were vacuumed. We can see out of our windows. I could smell the freshness. I think they even vacuumed the fan in the bathroom! Thank you Alaw and Lana!
