Very rude employees, not helpful at all. I was asking one the male employees for a size availability and he just told me to get it online, didn’t even ask for the size I needed and when I was gonna ask another question, he just walked away. It wasn’t like they were busy either, terrible experience. Not a good way to treat customers

I’ve never been so disappointed with a shopping experience.my partner went to go pick up a pair of jeans for me that were on sale. He went in and nobody greeted him, he had to ask 3 people for assistance.asked for my size in the pair I wanted and was given the wrong size by the employee. Checked out and of course I had to come back today to exchange. I tried on the jeans in the right size and wasn’t happy with the fit so I went to return and was told they couldn’t because I didn’t have the card they were originally paid for with. Ok whatever not a huge deal. Had to ask for assistance twice myself to find the sale items as I wanted to find something in the same price range as the jeans and nobody knew where to direct me.everyone was quite rude and unprofessional. Would not shop there again… atleast not at this location.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this Zara, but went in today. Very messy, and one cashier with a long line. Staff were not helpful.

Cant believe the state of this store.i rarely write reviews but i could not believe the service at this location. Walking in it looked like a bomb went off in the store there was clothes all over the ground and just scattered everywhere. I went to try on one item, as i was waiting several staff walked by me without saying anything. I then noticed that the staff was to busy trying on clothes themselves instead of helping customers. Once i spoke up and asked for a room, the girl was extended rude and said take any room you want. There was piles of clothes on the ground in every change room. I ended up leaving, avoid this store at all costs.

I have requested a return and the item was received by zara. It has been 14 days since the item was received by them and I have not got my money yet. This is so disappointing they are not even telling me why it is taking so long.

Very friendly staff with amazing services. They all greet you with a huge smile on their faces and are willing to help you. Even during sales time, the store is always clean and neat, and the staff are are always on their feet helping customers. If you don’t find something in store they will happily order it for u online. Thanks to all the staff and managers for their hard work! Ask for Cynthia, Rina or Rehab, they're always very helpful and friendly!

Just showed up with my kid to watch him return something he bought. Store was pretty busy but clothes could have been more presentable if I was the one shopping.

I visited zara today and i need to thank them on the great effort and service i received from the general manager (red hair) as busy as she was she still help me find a full outfit. While joggleling she kept her smile and was so welcoming.

Rating 5 stars for the amazing customer experience delivered to me while I went to store today to return. The lady at counter Falivia (sorry if I spell the name wrong) was such a kind person to come across, gave me valuable inputs on how to style my clothes better as I struggle with weight concerns, made my day truly. One of the best customer experiences I have across.

Found a couple dresses. Except the same size was one too big and one too small. Need more colorful clothes in there. Lots of black and white. But Kudos to them for hiring such a diverse group of employees. Al super friendly.

We really appreciate the help offered by Rakhi. We were really confused about a coat that we were planning to buy for one of our friend, but she suggested a really good one, that too with a better price. She deserve a raise.

Came here to look for a dress I needed for a work party. One of the workers was actually super helpful trying to help me find the one dress bc there was only 1 in stock in my size. Afterwards she told me another worker could be “holding it” and she couldn’t go check for me. So I ended up picking up the same dress in another color but again only 1 dress left in my size. It had a small rip in the side and a makeup stain and we asked for a discount bc hello I have to pay to get it fixed now and they offered no discount bc “Zara just doesn’t do that”. So you sell faulty clothes for not compensation? Beautiful dress and hopefully I can fix it but Zara needs to change their policy.

Bought a shirt and it didn't fit, brought it back in mint condition with the tag still on it and they wouldn't exchange it. I didn't even want money back, I would have have just gotten another shirt of same value but they said "Its not our policy. " Well, now it's my policy to never shop there again and to tell anyone who asks that they shouldn't either.

I had such a horrible experience with the fitting rooms. The person working there was so rude and when I asked for a different size she just didn't get it for me. I waited 10 min and when she didn't come back I went looking for her and saw that she hadn't moved. When I was changing back into my clothes someone opened the curtain to my fitting room because she told them it was open even though she just talked to her a second ago. I was so uncomfortable and felt really unsafe after that. I don't get why they don't have a better system for organizing who goes into what fitting room.

I wouldn't recommend shopping at Zara at all. I have shop at zara (Southgate Mall, Edmonton) and because of Covid-19 they didn’t let me try and i missed to return at 2 days. The manager at the store extremely rude and denied to help. Called customer service so many times (its been 4 months dealing with manager malha on the phone) they said they will help and after all they denied to help at all.
Zara don't care about their customers and their customers satisfaction.
I would like to mention that during Covid-19 most of the stores have changed their return policy but zara didn’t wanted to exchange even.completely disappointed with the service. Definitely not shopping again at Zara. Its completely disaster.

I bought sale price item but when I noticed it shows full price on receipt and then I went to store and salesperson says yes this is sale price. Then she called her lady manager and she said no it’s not on sale someone replace sticker from different item. And I said it’s not my problem and she ripped sticker and you have to buy with full price or refund. She was so unprofessional and rude behaviour lady. Then I ended with refund but I am very disappointed about their behaviour, so disrespectful attitude.

If i could give this store a zero star review, I would. Went to the store on july 25th, my dad saw a jacket he liked that was on sale.we noticed that the jacket was missing a button and asked if there is anything they could do as it is the only one left in store, the cashier said they can't further reduce the price but they can order one online through their device and "you will get a brand new one from the warehouse, it wil take 5-7 business days to arrive but maybe slightly longer due to covid" She was very friendly and i was very happy so i placed the order and decided to let it ship to the store in comparison to home with an additional cost. (Thank goodness i did that). I placed the order around 1: 27pm saturday. Then when i got home around 4pm i got a confirmation email saying it is ready to be picked up in store. I already found that strange as it is only less than 3 hrs, but I've decided to go to the store the next day to pick it up. Went into the store today around 1: 30pm, waited to get my order, I even asked the cashier if their warehouse is really close to the store, she said no. Then another staff came was standing next to her and already wasnt friendly in her facial expression. She told the first cashier to continue helping the next guess, while i realised I am supposed to just wait on the side for my item, so I quickly moved to the side with my dad. When my "package" came, it is in a brown sealed bag with a shippping label, so I thought "oh great, it really did arrive so soon" the staff who later i found out is the Manager of the store, just handed it to me with a straight face, so I decided to open it and look at the product. Upon opening the product, I instantly realised it is the exact same jacket with the missing button from yestersay. At that moment the Store manager (SM) was still standing at the cashier, so I told her that they lied to me and gave me the exact same jacket as the one from yesterday. She didnt apologise and straight away was defensive and said "they did not lied" and she started trying to explain how it is the system etc, which is acceptable if you are sjncerely apologetic, but her attitude was not even remotely sorry, and didnt try to help me solve the issue right away, but I had to ask her so what would they do now. Ended up she refunded me the money then RE-order/pay the item again on their device. I wanted to make sure that she wasnt going to give me the same one again and use the extra button to replace the missing button, she promised they do not do that. However during this whole time, what was upsetting was her attitude and her cold facial expression towards a mistake her staff made which she is not even sorry for but felt they are not in the wrong. Then when i walked away, i heard the cashier next to her say "$20? " As a customer I am livid, even if it is a $20 item, all I ask is honesty and integrity from the staff and store. So I went back and let her know as a manager she failed to de-escalate the situation but made it worst and she never once apologise. She claimed she did, well I guess is her words against mine. Also we wasted our time and fuel to come to the store to pick up the same defective item that shouldnt have even been packed in the bag to fool customer in the first place. Will have to go back a second time later. Buyers beware, dont trust their staff's words. Shop there without any expectation of good customer service.

The manager and employees are very unprofessional and rude. I had purchased a sweater at West Ed. After I got home I realized the sweater that had multiple sale price stickers was charged full price. As I take the lrt it was easier for me to access the South Commons Zara. Me coming here was an issue and the staff and manager refused to refund me the difference and said the sweater was full price. They said it was human error and they are not responsible for matching the price. The manager said since I left the west Edmonton store with that price that's what I get. The employee also was picking at the sticker and kept staring at me as if I had this twisted plot to try to scam them. They treated me as garbage and told me if I don't like the price to get a refund. I have called their head office and have left a formal complaint. If you can't treat your guests in your store with courtesy get another freaking job where your happy. I am disgusted with the behaviour and refuse to spend my money here, I ended up returning all my items.

Had a fantastic experience shopping here. They had my dress shirt sizes when other department stores didn't have it.

The service was efficient and friendly on the men's section even during boxing week.

Its zara cmon how can the clothing be bad. But the staff is just so rude and unwelcoming i don't know who the lady was whom i dealt with but she was the stupidest women ever. Theres more zara locations try avoiding this one.

Lovely store with helpful staff! I was visiting from out of town on September 27th, and was looking to purchase a coat that ended up being out of stock in my size. A friendly and polite gentleman at the front counter (forgot his name, but I think he was of Middle Eastern heritage) helped me order and get it delivered to my home address free of charge, and went above and beyond to elevate my shopping experience. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Y I am giving 1 star just bcs the Coustmer service is poorest ever i m the regular here but what i have seen all the times Coustmercare service is zero here its been a month i came there the guy on the man sections chatting with his co worker he doesn’t bother m asking some questions about the product he he behave so rudely i was surprised iWould say i love zara product and zara will be my first choice as always but again the management have to hire some professional who can take care of there coustmer not just join the company just for pay but work for the company to take Zara to next level

I got charged twice for one transaction at this location. Filed a complaint 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting for the refund. Pathetic management at this location amd absolute lazy people since they havent put my case on top priority. Just an FYI for everyone. Please keep an eye on your credit card statements.

I was in the store this evening at the Southgate location around 7 o’clock it was not busy, brought my clothes home and the garment still had the security tag on it not impressed & now I need to go back to the mall to get this removed.
