Never an issue until current update to system. Now can't take out money. Took out almost 20 times, no issue. They did the update card doesn't work. Blamed bank. Bank confirmed no issue on card and cannot see an attempt from zayzoon even trying anything. Yet they claim they got a code the card was stolen/fraudulent. I have it in my possession and use regularly. Added another card. Completely different bank. This card also denied again they blamed this bank too saying code says this cards number doesn't exist. Spoke with bank and told same as other bank, cannot see any attmpted transaction by zayzoon. I have this card in my possession that I also use regularly. No one out the the 50-60 merchants I've used this month have had a problem with either card. The only common theme with these cards being stolen and non existent is zayzoon. Been dealing with customer service. But very difficult to communicate since can't actually speak to a human and they're always so busy a simple 5 minute conversation takes a day with the 2-5 hour response wait.

What I love about zayzoon is the fact that when you are low on cash, it allows you to borrow from your check without any hassle and the zayzoon team is always available to assist you in any problems you are experiencing. Without zayzoon, I would have been in a tough spot but because of it, my life is less stressful. Thank you zayzoon for being there when I need it the most.

I work with ZayZoon from a partnership and marketing side and they are phenomenal! Their team is extremely helpful, kind, and collaborative. Not to mention, I have friends who use their service love it.

Terrible customer service. They seem to make up rules as they go and you can’t speak to anyone. All communications are through chat or email and their responses are less than helpful, mostly generic, and don’t answer or explain anything. You talk to someone different every time. This is an ADVANCING app yet they are withholding payouts because a payout for a CURRENT pay period wasn’t repaid from a PREVIOUS check. That’s not an advance. Unbelievable.

Sure did help me out when I needed it and easy to get. Too bad my payroll company switched on us.

I love the service ZayZoon offers. Being able to access my daily earned wages before my actual pay date has been a lifesaver. No more high interest payday loans or remembering payment due dates. The money is deposited into my account instantly, payday comes they simply auto deduct it from my paycheck. More employers need to offer ZayZoon Services. Great Company, amazing customer service. Highly recommend to anyone! Shout it from the roof tops. Skip all those payday loan companies USE ZAYZOON!

Way better then any kind of kind of payday loans or check cashing place if you need quick cash for emergencies or unexpected expenses. As an independent contractor great to be able to get an advance on incoming pay.

I'm thankful for zayzoon they helped me with my water bill a week before I was suppose to get payed thank God for them or I'd be without water right now

Zayzoon has been awesome. I was 3 days away from pay day when I had an emergency come up I needed access to money I had already earned it was so easy all it took was a couple clicks and as soon as I clicked the accept button the funds were in my account without 2 minutes. Zayzoon was a lifesaver

This was a good idea being involved in this, it’s been a useful tool to avoid overdrafts from my personal bank account

I was coming home from work around 3am and had a tire blow out on the freeway just two exits from where I needed to get off. Thank God for their paycheck advance.i was able to pay for the tow and repair service.oh and change insurance companies.

Several other Employees as well as myself have had double withdrawals of repayment from funds borrowed taken from paycheck with absolutely no notice. No one will contact us back. We were under the impression money was repaid as normal last paycheck (which it was) There for we would be done with company and there wouldn't be any more money taken out of this paycheck or Any other going foward. Nope! Took it again making our bank accounts go negative. What a complete disaster. The phone number is a message that you cant even talk to a live rep. Emails and chat messages go unanswered just no response in general anywhere. So frustrating! Not sure what to do at this point. I am as well as some of my fellow co workers a single mother trying to make ends meet (hence why we used this service) now everything's is way worse. Its Christmas time and over 400 dollars was taken from me alone. If we don't get a hold of them and get out money back christmas will be ruined. Dont use this company. So

I think it's crazy i have to pay $5 to get out $20 of my own money I already worked for.then another 5 to get out another 20 and then another 5 to get another 20.so to get and advance of 80 dollars in a week I'm charged $20.this is shameful and immoral. I live paycheck to paycheck in poverty and this how u do me.what's the interest rate if I get out 20 and have to pay 5 dollar fee.that's 25% interest four different times in a week.shame on u zayzoon.

ZayZoon is a very helpful service in those in between times of paychecks. They have come in handy, and will recommend them to others.

I love Zayzoon! Anytime I have needed to borrow money against my check, Zayzoon always came thru for me! I love this service.

I greatly appreciated this service when my pay day was a week away and after paying bills I needed to get groceries and have a little pocket cash. This service was quick, efficient and for a $5 fee it’s a great deal.

Love this feature for work. However I also wish they would make the find available every day and buy just Tuesday through Friday. Customer service reps are very very nice.

ZayZoon was there to help me get my earnings much sooner than if I had to wait for my employer.

Approved payout with my initial payroll info but has denied it after that even with the same info. Even with repayment of first payout.

The setup was super easy and after that all it takes is a few clicks and money is in your account! The fee is so nominal, you can't afford NOT to use it.

I love this app so much I wish every company used zayzoon like it helps you out tremendously when unexpected things happen

They are so strick WITH YOUR MONEY you have to upload pics almost every week just to get money because they want to make sure you still work there so you can get YOUR money early!

Zayzoon is a wonderful place it gas helped me get thru some tough situations when I needed money fir emergency and if I ever had a problem the responded fast and fixed the problem faster thank you.

The experience was awesome and definitely on time before pay day. I was able to purchase tires without having to borrow from anyone. Thanks ZayZoon.

Only reason I give it a three is. It only lets me borrow $24-35 at a time. Then I have to wait about another 3 to 4 days before I can borrow another 25 to $35. ‍️

I had a great experience, it was easy and fast when I needed it. I definitely will use it again if I need it thank you
