Placed 15 Orders, great taste and great customer service! Drinks were better than expected! Recommended!

As a convenient coffee shop, it's ok. But this place does not act like a coffee shop, they seem to think they are a restaurant. They will hold tables for reservations that you can not sit at, and if you do manage to find a seat, they will ask you to leave after only 30-45min because the next reservation is on it's way. Their goal is clearly to turn people over as quickly as possible to increase revenues.

Too long waiting time, not enough place to sit. Tiny tables. Reservation is automatically declined.

Really enjoyable brunch at Zcrew cafe. I had the most amazing Korean fried chicken benny. Drinks were fabulous as well, really enjoyed the Vietnamese iced coffee.

The place is small, but takes reso's if you plan ahead. 100% will be back!

The special poke bowl was really great! Generous amount of sashimi with all the fresh veggies plus the sauce was really yummy. Must try!

We had a good time here with aussie fusion cafe in Calgary. We ordered Monster baoger which is Chinese style bun and double parties meat and served with sweet potato donut LOVE it. My friend ordered spicy dan-dan noodle for her and we enjoyed how hot this dish was, recommended for whoever love spicy food. Also staffs are super nice and friendly we will come back for sure.

Seriously good eats. Their Korean fried chicken benny is one of the best I've had and their specialty coffees are pretty dreamy. Bit cramped in the interior though.

Love this place! Great spot for a variety of different asian foods, all of which look so aesthetically pleasing!

The servers are friendly, and very accommodating. The space is quite small, so be prepared to wait for at least a few minutes, especially on busier days.

Food and coffee are awesome. Matcha pancake tastes Great and better than I expected. My friend had Korean chicken benny also tastes good. The shop is small and not that many tables, better to reserve if you are more than 2 ppl.

The unsupported table happened to tip over and my mimosa spilled all over me before taking a sip. The server and manager couldn’t care less and insisted on charging me for it along with a new one. Overall service was very poor. Took extremely long to take our plates away and then rushed us to leave because we were holding up another group.

Service was excellent. Had avo toast with Americano for breakfast & delicious. Food presentation was nice.

Service was very friendly and professional. Food came at a reasonable time, was equally delicious and beautiful. Highly recommend Korean eggs bene for savoury or french toast for sweet. Parking was easy and free (930 on a Saturday). Will be returning to try more of the menu!

My new favourite brunch spot! (Stumbled upon this place accidentally). The coffee is VERY good and the all day breakfast option was a nice surprise. The Belgian waffles and Matcha pancakes are mindblowing! Service was so good, besides a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it! Must try! Also, surprisingly not overpriced as some popular places can be. Great value, cozy atmosphere and cool staff!

Best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. The portions was also very fulfilling. Its hard to find that nowadays.

Their GF pistachio cookies are simply amazing! Their lattes are also great. Place is a bit small, so book ahead for groups.

Boutique café offering brunch items with an Asian flare. The egg sandwiches were great and the Korean fried chicken benny was delish. Bar stool or shared table seating make for a vibrant atmosphere.

Korean chicken waffles and silky iced coffee was really good. Korean chicken Benny was a bit too heavy, would get the salad instead of potatoes

We decided to look up cafes in Calgary and found this amazing gem! The food was fantastic! The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. It's small and quaint but offers huge flavours and incredible coffee choices.

Great little breakfast place in the quieter east side of Calgary. The sweet potato donuts were a highlight for me, but it was all delicious nonetheless.

Very modern brunch type café. Super busy here highly recommend to book ahead of time for table. A lot of Patreon at the front of the door. Be prepared to wait for your food for they are very busy on takeout orders. Beside for the wait time on the food, The dishes are very delicious. We had the pancake and chicken and waffle. The price here can be high but value are better than other breakfast joint. Try this place if you want to indulge. Lastly our waitress was super friendly and knowledgable on the menu did not get her name but I believe she was Vietnamese very friendly.

Presentation of the food was great. Above average taste wise. Although I think portion is a bit smaller than I expected. Good atmosphere at the restaurant, friendly staff.

I came here today for lunch - around 12: 30. It was VERY busy, BUT the service was amazing. Everyone checked in on me, made sure I was good and enjoying my time. I met this beautiful young woman who was so kind to everyone at the restaurant and made sure they knew she cared. If you have the opportunity to meet Kim, she will love it.

I am not from Calgary and I wish we had a similar spot in my city.
You'll find all the brunch classics (toast with eggs and vegetables, panecakes.) and more (ramens for example).
There chai latte is one of the best I ever had!

Let me start by saying one of my favourite Brunch Spots i Love to visit very often! The Staff are amazing and welcoming and they make sure you enjoy your visit to the fullest! Very attentive and i loved that they genuinely put a smile on your face! I really do appreciate that. Now lets start with the food, great delicious options, You will definitely be lost on what to order because everything on the menu sounds so good! I love that they offer so much that will definitely suit your lifestyle and what you're comfortable with! Of course i do have to mention my favourite picks, Boston Cream'e French Toast is one of my top picks for when i have a sweet-tooth! Chicken and Waffle is my other Top pick and i cannot forget about their traditional cappuccino! Ps i do advise to book a reservation prior to visiting because it can get busy and its quite a small indoor Cafe! They do have patio at the moment so its always a nice touch! Give it a visit and i hope you enjoy it as much as i do! Thank you Staff and Chefs for your amazing hard work!

This place is great. They really care about presentation and quality. It’s always a delicious meal or coffee and they are so friendly. The ramen is excellent, but I hope they make it with egg free noodles soon.

Staff were super accommodating and the food was delicious! We had the Mr. Espresso milkshake, finding Nemo, the poke bowl, the Korean fried chicken & waffles and the Boston cream French toast. Would definitely come back and try the other things on the menu

Great place for breakfast & lunch. Simple & healthy F&B menus. Eat in or take-out will satisfy your craving. Highly recommend all coffee items which set a World Clsss STANDARD

The food here is absolutely incredible! BUT if you dine in, be prepared to wait 45 mins to 1 hour to get your food. I think they should make dine in customers a priority over pick up. This happened the past 3 times I have been there and because of the wait, I won't be back. Too bad, because the food is really the best.

To the person who gave 1 star because "its just too busy and couldn't get a table". This is the sign of a great restaurant! Giving 1 star is terrible to do to a local restaurant especially given the struggles that every restaurant has just gone through. Never-mind the reason for your 1 star is that everyone wants to eat there. They also have an option to order online and pick up the food, no table needed. The food is always great, service is always with a smile and they do a tremendous job keeping up in a small space. Congrats on being busy, keep up the great work ZCrew! See ya tomorrow.

Excellent location. The food is marvellous and delicious. Looks amazing and tastes as good as it looks.

I've been here twice now and both experiences have been really great. The service is always great. The server who helped me was very friendly and personable. She always checked in on my group to make sure we were doing well and we didn't need anything. The food is delicious. The asian influence into the dishes are enjoyable and unique. For foodies, the visual presentation and flavours were really great, and the portion sizes were reasonable. I had the Monster Bao-ger and it was definitely monstrous. I was so stuffed after. The sweet potato donuts weren't heavily doused in oil, rather they were light and not too doughy. Their drinks are unique too. The hojicha latte was memorable, and just their regular teas tasted fresh. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I only wish this cafe was closer to me so that I could go more often!

We stopped here for breakfast first thing after arriving in Calgary. The food is delicious and creative, with seriously great ingredients. Mine was more traditional (with some flair) but my partner had the matcha pancakes and they were spectacular!

When I give five stars it is earned! Zcrew is no exception! The food was top tier! Savory and unique. Who knew fried chicken and waffles go hand in hand? ! They certainly do under the skilled talent of the Zcrew. The server was excellent and such a positive ray in what might have been a simple dining experience.

Normally I post a photo with my review but I saw the dish and dug in instantly forgetting to take a picture of the wonderful food. So I went in and they served me up a latte art capuchino on the spot and it too was amazing!

Best! Breakfast! Ever! Not only is the food fantastic, but the customer service is phenomenal! We were served by Kim and she was the sweetest human ever! Also look at this french toast it’s literally a work of art!

The beetroot latte was good but the service was 6/10, funniest part is the girl made sure I knew the price of the Latte before she was willing to take me seriously. In some ways I don't blame her because post covid and people are hurting right now.

Picked up coffee once while passing by, and ordered delivery twice for food. The coffee wasn't my cup of tea, but that is pretty subjective. The food on the other hand, I may have found my new favourite brunch place

Found this place a while back for brunch. It did not let us down! Always been to Brekkie or Brokin yolk. But this place is a new fav? From their food to drinks, they will not disappoint! Their eggs Benny and those crispy potatoes are soooo good! Fried chicken with waffles, fluffy pancakes, yummy waffles, the list goes on! Give this place a try!

Had the spicy ahi bowl with 2 side poached eggs and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. You're crazy if you don't try this.

A fine East-Asian/Western fusion café in the downtown city. A small cozy space so reservations are necessary. Great brunch options and delicious lattés. Must have the matcha pancake, chicken & waffles accompanied with the hojicha latté. Everything was cooked and served to perfection.

Food was amazing and coffee was great. I would come here more often if the hours were earlier. I feel for a great little coffee shop they would earn a lot more business from the early risers!

One of my favorite brunch and coffee spots, downtown. Consistently provides delicious food, tasty beverages and provides incredible customer service. Zac and the team always provide a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend ZCrew - you won't be disappointed.:)

I got the birds nest and the Boston cream French toast and the matcha latte. Everything was delicious and the presentation was perfection! The birds nest was very flavourful as the eggs were quite plain but with the tomato sauce, it was complete. The brioche bun was beautiful and not dry at all. Loved the cream sauce.

Fresh perspective on classic dishes. A menu item for every palate. Quality ingredients coupled with calculated recipes results in a enjoyable dining experience. Beverages are prepared skillfully. V60 pour over coffee is for the coffee connoisseur.

Went here 3 times, and it was every 2 months. Always enjoyed the food and the place. Beet Root Latte with Vanilla syrup is my favourite drink here.

Super diverse and accommodating menu with great food! Their chicken and waffles were amazing. Crispy skin, really good gravy and the waffles were my fav. Sweet and crispy. We also had the matcha lady which is a bit expensive but understandable given the ingredients. It was delicious. Will be back again soon! There's so many items we want to try.

This is such a lovely brunch spot - the staff is friendly and the menu is quite diverse so there is something for everyone. I ordered the bird nest, the matcha pancake, and tried some of my friend’s Korean fried chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious and had exceptional presentation, the bird nest in particular was a very creative dish with many layers of ingredients and was very filling. Their Covid-19 measures included plexiglass between tables and mandatory masks for all workers. Will definitely be back again soon.

Very impressed on the first glance, not a big restaurant but neat and cozy.
We had greentea pancake, bird nest and the bao sandwich. Very delicious and all from traditional dish with modern infusion.
Scotch Egg with salad can never go wrong, the Bird Nest was presented with crispy kale then topped by parmesan snow. The bird nest was based with mixed beans, corn and tomato concasse, which is a brilliant idea to elevate the Scotch Egg from an appetizer to a full size British Brunch dish.
It is an adventure enjoying this dish while you have to explore through kale for your rewards. Once you found those eggs sitting on the potato nest, it suddenly triggers your sensory pleasure. You'll soon get that amazing contrast in texture between the molten yolk and the crispy sausage shell.
Highly recommend, will come back.

My go-to breakfast and lunch every single time. We take people from out of town every time they stay with us so they know where the best cappuccino in Calgary is! Love the sushi bowl, bright breakkie, french toast and chicken & waffles! The ramen also omg. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the owner/staff are so kind and welcoming.

Staff is always kind. Food is always great. Coffee never disappoints. We go here a lot and have never had a bad experience. A gem in YYC.

I am writing this review only to share something I witnessed last Sunday when I visited for the first time with a group of friends. Our waiter was very kind and the food was delicious. However, in the middle of eating a middle aged man, who I am assuming is the manager began shouting at one of the workers making a drink. He was being very mean and publicly embarrassing the worker in front of the entire restaurant. I do not know what transpired between the two, but regardless this type of reaction is unwarranted, unprofessional and my heart went out to the poor guy working as nobody deserves to be yelled at and lectured like a child. Very unimpressed and shocked by this ZCREW this is NOT acceptable. It is plain rude and unnecessary! I feel bad for the person working under these conditions and attitudes.

A great breakfast/brunch spot with a diverse menu with plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options. The staff were very friendly and wait times were good. Social distancing measures included plexiglass separating all tables which was great. The food was also very tasty with excellent presentation, with good ingredients and plenty of very healthy options

EXTREMELY over priced. I paid $31 for a "salad and a small smoothie"
The kale salad was so salty I wasn't able to finish it. I asked the cashier who took the order not to put any dressing but I guess the kale comes oily and salty?
The smoothie was so sweet i could hardly drink it. I drank a little and added water much to sweet!
