The food was great. The environment was bouncing. Is loud, not a place for a relaxed meal, but to chill with friends. Conversation is next to impossible.
I'd give it five stars but we were overcharged $5/plate. Menu said $15/dish, we were charged $20. We were presented two menus with two different prices for the same thing. So benefit of the doubt I guess. That's the only thing that felt off about it.
Service was friendly and fantastic. We're gluten and dairy free and none of us had problems with the food. The quality is yummy and the portions are huge.
Walked into what looked like a night club but the menu, food and service were delicious! Tried the goat and rice with veggies - surprisingly sweet, I’m sure they went easy on me lol.
I don’t know if it’s the owner but wow, He was so rude! So I called to order my food, think 15 min before I went there, took me 10 min to drive so obviously my food would be ready by that time He didn’t ask me my number or name. Not sure if that’s how they take orders there but yea! Then I got there, my food wasn’t ready! They said I didn’t call. I Called again to see if it was the right number and it was, and the guy just dropped the phone just like that while I was talking! Rude! Rude! Wow! Not even a sorry or anything! If that’s how customer service is there thank you!
Went in at 11: 15pm and everyone listening to music and having a good time. Asked if they were still cooking and the gentleman behind the bar showed me the menu. This is the Goat with rice. Food is fresh, has a great balance of flavors, and mixture of vegetables. Definitely check it out! I would recommend the Lamb or Goat with rice.
Service was some what fine but the people and the crowd was very disrespectful there was a tall male individual who try to scare me as he had something inside his pouch it was at August 3 about closing time. So I left there on top there was a women make a joke about me. I prefer not go there unless to have gang ties.
Food was amazing and washrooms were very clean but no Ethiopian music.d. J should mix songs, not only one type of music since it is Ethiopian restaurant.love the place tho.
I was there two weeks ago I got hurt very badly, I would honestly recommend stairs for the dj booth and bigger space because having hookah on the floor it's very dangerous cause people can knock it over and that's what happened to me, I got burned very badly third degree burn I must say! The owner didn't do anything about it I appreciated him walking me out but never again I would go to Zembaba
Love this place! Awesome food & shisha along with a club atmosphere in the evening it's a great place to have fun with friends! And the owners treat you like family️
