We had such a great experience here buying our Ford Edge! Diane was our sales person, and she was fantastic. Very patient and good at explaining things. And then the finance ladies were also amazing, helped deal with bank issues without any hesitation! Definitely recommend!

Such a warm greeting. She handled all our concerns in such a positive way. We loved the attachments to our work order explaining and providing costs to work needed on our truck in the future. We trust and appreciate Zender Ford. We now have 3 trucks from them and they will be the only dealer that works on them.

Well I wanted info on a used suv they have due to me living 60 km away I wanted to see there inspection on the suv before I drove to see the truck. Unfortunately the suv isn’t a expensive one, and it seems they don’t feel it’s worth there time. Never did receive a copy even though was promised they would send one.

Was told by a parts person that getting part #'s off them is wasting there time. Looks like the company will NOT be buying anymore trucks threw them anymore.

Friendly greeting by a knowledgeable service advisor and I was provided further detailed info on everything that would happen to my truck during the inspection/oil change. Waiting area was comfortable, staff was excellent and prices were fair.

Same usual courteous service as we’ve been getting for 44 years. This service was ready before the estimated time.

A day or two before Christmas when it was super cold out, I stopped by the service bay and asked if I could get my tailgate looked at. The guys in the service bay were real friendly and got my truck into the bay to warm up to help with my tailgate which seemed to be jammed. Only took a few minutes, I was super thankful for their quick help!

The service department at Zender Ford has always been very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I've had re: my truck. They've taken the time to address every question I've had and I always felt confident leaving there. Recently I had quite alot of things done for maintenance and from the time I came in to book the appointment, the service writer was very thorough to ensure everything was documented. Then she reviewed the list to make sure she had everything down. I also came in a few days prior to the appointment to add a couple of things and she was very kind to do this for me. When my wife dropped my truck off, she was very impressed with how kind this service writer was to her and she felt good leaving the truck in very capable hands. After I came to pick up my truck a different service writer went through the work order and he explained what was all done. I was very pleased with the work they did, and how well they took care of my truck. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We do not live in town, and had a service appointment scheduled at another Ford dealership in another city the next week. Our vehicle broke down closer to this dealership. After getting an emergency tow and literally just dumping our vehicle at their service department lot which I felt so horrible about; as soon as I called to let them know the next day they were incredibly accomodating even arranging for a rental that was almost same day (based on vehicle availability of course). This is also not easy considering we don't live in town. Once the vehicle was diagnosed, which was also almost right away, it went in for repair and was fixed before we could even pick up the rental! This saved a ton of time.and money to be honest. The service was incredible. Staff was very polite. You see.this is why I love Ford. Very impressed with their service - thank you for treating us so well. We appreciated every effort. THANK YOU!

All the parts that were installed by Zender in the back door of my van were not needed. I found the problem myself and Zenders body shop ordered and installed the faulty part quickly and efficiently.

Candace Lindsey was a gem. Would highly recommend her. However, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleaning done inside the vehicle. The crumbs & bobby pin that were in the console the day we viewed the vehicle were still there the day we picked the vehicle up. Don’t believe the vehicle was vacuumed. There were pellets of some kind in the back where the spare tire is. Also, there was some over spray on the plastic covering the gauges on the dash that we’ve been unable to remove.

They did the work set out, they were very wiling and did set me up with a rental at no cost for over a week. And addressed all my concerns and when the bill was to high for me they found a way to shave off $200 since I'm not working And living off disability. Would give them 5 stars however I did have to bring rhe vehicle back because the windshield from wipers flew off the car. Witch they fixed up in 10 min when I came to show them. JUST TO PUT IT PUT THERE ONCE MORE WHILE I HAVE THE CHANCE. DENNY ANDREWS FORD AND ROBIN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A LYING LITTLE

Took a lot longer than expected, to the point I would have considered leaving the car and come back, if I had known. There was also a discrepancy between the service order notes and the report card that could have been serious. Service advisor was made aware and would address it with staff.

Sean and Sharron were great to deal with. Will recommend them to friends. Super happy with the whole experience. Having been a salesman and finance manager at a dealership in the past I give them both 5 stars.

Went in for a service on my new F150 Tremor. Fast friendly service. They have a nice little cafe and gave me coupons for it. So my son and I had a great lunch for $6. Receptionist gave my son a Halloween bag of surprises. That gesture made his day. So very happy with the service. My only complaint is that I initially went to Zender (being my local Ford dealer) to factory order my F150. I felt at the time I wasn't taken seriously and they also would not honor X-plan. So it cost them a sale on a 70k truck.

Dealing with good representatives of a business is a experience that often happens less and less in modern times. On a recent visit for service to Zender; my wife and I were greeted by Kim who was very pleasant/personable. Kim kept us informed as the service issue was assessed and with repair costs. Kim provided the best service experience that we have ever had. Good people make the difference for businesses and Kim was exceptional in her approach and customer service. Thanks very much Kim.

Went to Zender to handle the out of province inspection and subsequent repairs to my car. Overall, a really good customer experience, and a big thank you to Rick & Mark for helping me sort out the complicated issues I had with my vehicle.

This is the first time I have visited Zender Ford for service. I decided to take my truck there as it is close to my work. No appointment, drove up and got right in. Fast and polite service from the staff.
They asked what my plans were and I said I was on my lunch break and was going to walk to a nearby fast food place for a bite to eat. They recommended I check out their cafeteria, right upstairs. The food was good and the woman working there was very nice.
35 minutes later and I get a text message that the truck is ready to go. Paid with my FordPass app and I was on my way.

I will be back. Not only would I recommend the service dept at Zender, I already have!

Fix Auto was so awesome. I needed a rust area taken care of and they fixed it to perfection. The price was very reasonable. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. I’ll be returning to them for sure for future needed services for my Rav. I highly recommend using this company for any auto body needs.

I got to Zender ford, and drove through the quick lane spot. First time ever being here, and I got a tire rotation, oil change, filter change & my brakes checked all in under 90 mins. (wasn’t really keeping track but it was the fastest time ever from the 4 fords I’ve been to in the Edmonton area). The Lady at the service desk was super kind and helpful and nice!

Highly recommend you come here for service! Staff was super friendly, extremely quick, and was overall a great experience! Recently moved to the area and if I didn’t, I would have never known about this Gem of a dealership!

The sunroof on our car exploded leaving Westlock. Stop at Zender Ford and was placed with Adam. Adam was very helpful and we were back on the road in a few short hours. Very pleased with the service
