Only ordered through door dash so far and the food is really tasty and the coffee is well made. But the customer service is what I want to rave about. It was a tough morning for me and my toddler and I asked for an extra shot in my coffee. They gave me my extra shot with a sweet note and treat. Really made my morning. I asked the staff at FYI Duncan location if they could pop out the lenses of a pair, that I broke, and put into an identical frame. They replaced while I waited. No charge, as they had previously made theses lenses for me a year ago. Fantastic service, very pleased
