Ordered a Whirlpool range door glass replacement here. It was ready for pick up the next day. I got notifications by call and email. Pick-up onsite was smooth. We were able to check the glass door onsite. Assistant over the counter was very helpful and responsive. No wait time. Overall very good experience, which is rare for household appliance supply service.

First time customer to the Richmond location. Was very impressed as I gave Richard a part number, he verified my request and got my parts for me very efficiently. I am a big Home Depot shopper but they are limited in small and special parts for plumbing. As a tradesman I need efficient help and available stock so definitely 5/5 in my first experience. I would recommend the Richmond location for good service! Thank you!

I went in to look for a replacement parts for the broken shelving unit of my 5 year old Frigidaire fridge, the lady at the parts & service dept, Karen Andrews, she is super nice and very generous with her knowledge and help to get me the appropriate parts and even assembled it for me right at the spot, this is excellent service and she really goes above and beyond of what her job requires. An amazing lady

This is to express my appreciation to Karen for her assistance on 24th Monday. I was asking for how to install my toilet inlet valve, while that’s not a common one, she’s very friendly, patient and helpful by searching through internet to find the right solution (I have used many times at home before to search but unable to find what I need). That’s a very good shopping experience in AMRE Richmond, thanks to Karen again!

Delivery arrived on a day we specifically told you not to deliver. Sending 2 item only from 5 when we keep telling you do not do that.

Thanks to Karen Andrews I was able to find a replacement part for a kitchen appliance that I couldn't find anywhere else online. Trying to find the part frustrated me for days. Karen definitely made my day and I would recommend this place to others.

We were looking for an American Standard sink at Rona. The sink was not available at Rona so the associate kindly advised us to try Amre and even took the time to write down the address and gave directions.
I was equally impressed with the Amre staff. Very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly.
The displays are well lit, clean and well stocked.
The sink we were looking for was discontinued but the Amre associate was able to find us a suitable substitute.
Shopping at Amre is a good experience.

I’ve got good advice and service from Karen.
Paid retail price for the parts.
However when I asked Karen to use the washroom, she replied no public washroom.

I’ve bought appliances parts previously for many years I was able to use both the public and staff’s washroom.

Unusual!

Very friendly staff. Took the time to explain which parts to buy or not while did not push for higher sales dollars, just told me what's needed and even taught me how to do the job.
Good to have a store around my own neighborhood to get parts when necessary.
Hats off to their wonderful people there.
