Armada gave us excellent customer service when we had an issue with the battery. They were helpful during the purchase and they went above-and-beyond by mailing me the owner documents when I forgot to pick them up in the store. Another reviewer said that they had problems with the parts department, but I did not have this issue. I recommend going to a local Armada tech first before calling the main line.

I approached this store 5-6 months back. I bought a used armada recon.
Before I paid for this bike because it is used I asked if this bike is ready to go. You can ride as an electric scooter or peddle it like a bike.
All I was told is, all I need to do is put peddles on and go. I was never planning to use the peddles, when I heard a person I know got $1,100 and change fines for no peddles or chain and no class 5 license.
I deemed it time to put peddles on and stay above the law. The problem, I put the peddles on a realized there is no chain. I inspect more now I understand these bikes, I discovered there is no sprocket at all on this bikes rear wheel. I inspect more and find the threads for the sprocket are ground off completely, the only thing I can do is replace the motor and the axle assembly.
$350 plus $80 to install.
Speedometer never worked right, leaking almost bald tires, both mirrors replaced.
ZERO warranty,
By the time I am finished paying to repair this lemon I will be very close to paying full price for a new bike.
But still no help PERIOD via armada.
They failed to inspect the bike.
They failed to inform me of all the pre-existing damage needing repairs to make this bike legal and roadworthy.
If they had, I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT NEW, NOT USED!

didn't come with a battery cover mat. Was told it didnt come with one. Incomplete bike so we have to make one,

Loann and her team went above and beyond to accommodate me with my request for purchasing new batteries for my electric bike. They answered all my questions and provided advice. They are professional, not greedy like others and they sincerely work to help you find exactly you are looking for. Thank you for setting a high standard for customer service. Bike was sold to me by a third party store. The bike wasn’t assembled properly and immediately started to fall apart. It took over a month to get a hold of the service team while my bike continued to get worse. The brakes never worked from day one I had to go to a local shop to have them fixed out of my own pocket even though bike is on warranty for 3 months. During these 3 months I had several problems with the bike and couldn’t get a hold of anybody. Neither the store I bought it from or the service centre would return my calls and text and email as they suggested on the answering machine. When I finally got my bike in 3 days before the warranty ended I was told I would still need to pay service fees for the fix and that only parts are covered. I also have to travel to surrey from downtown Vancouver to pick it up even though I bought it in east van and dropped it off in east van for service. ANYWAYS that is not the main reason for the one star review the main reason is the rudeness of the employees. They telling me the ceo of the company is very busy and that’s why it took months to get back to me. His time is obviously more valuable then the customers that keep his business running. The lady in the phone Luanne is super rude and couldn’t even put any accountability on the company. Apparently the customer is always WRONG the bike quality isn’t a mediocre but the service of this company will have you furious for ever buying from them.

Like I said they will blame the customer for the bike not being assembled properly in the first place. Also received my bike back with out all the issues fixed. My warranty supposed to cover all parts but they don’t even have the replacement part I needed the throttle switch also they didn’t even want to tell me where I can purchase one myself. Pour service overall. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here because if you have any problems the the owner with the fake Louis vutton bag will be impossible to get in touch with and then tell you that you should have tried harder to reach them like calling everyday and leaving messages on voice, text and email wasn’t enough. This guy really need to learn some customers service skills.

Loann and the team are true professionals. They know their products and are great at helping the customer understand the new rules of e-bike vs low speed motorcycle. While I'm guessing they don't suffer fools easily, I had no issue with any of my dealings. I can easily reccomend this team 100% without pause!

Hi! I got my e.scooter to this store a few days ago. I’m not happy with their service. I doubt their professional service. I came over there three times just for fixing the back tire which was flat by the staples. After the first time, they fixed it with the patch because they didn’t have the same tube with my tire. They charged me $50.1 day later, I came back for the same reason. The tube was flat again. Of course, they didn’t charge me. They patched it again. After they fixed, I left my scooter at home, didn’t drive on it. And then today (3rd time), I came back because the tube was flat. They checked the tire. They told me the valve was broken. They had nothing to do and told me to buy a new tube by myself. They told me someone to break my valve. Who did it? I didn’t ask them for money back, or something else. Just think that they don’t offer good service.
Now I need to find another store to change my new tube. I never recomend you guys to bring your e scooters to this store if you don’t want to waste your time and money. I need to wait almost 2 hours when I came over there.
These receipts show I took my scooter to their store twice.

The team at Armada are very knowledgeable and helpful!

I bought my Armada Electric Motorcycle used on Facebook Marketplace and was severely misled by the Facebook seller and consequently put through a week of BS and finally ghosted on how to register and insure it with a license plate to go 70km/h without pedals legally.

Finally I reached out to Armada and a simple visit to their EVS location (there are two Armada locations on 104th btw), a small paperwork fee and a couple forms filled out, and a visit to their recommended insurance broker, and I'm registered plated and insured!

I wish I had just bought it directly from Armada and skipped a week of stress!

First time purchasing a bike and it was a great experience loanne was very helpful and very knowledgeable and went out of their way for extra service for things they didn't have to do but made me feel comfortable and a very affordable prices and honest check them out find their cheaper than most places thanks to loanne and staff highly recommend everything you need!

I bought second hand scooter that hand way more problems than the previous owner told me about. After hiring one tech who couldn't fix it, we took it to Larry at Armada Scooters on 104th in Surrey. They were on it, corrected the problem at a fair price, even staying late to get it done. Knowledgeable and great to deal with - the place to go

First time shopping for e-bike. We weren't sure what we were looking for when we went in. Loann and Nick were very helpful and knowledgeable about electric scooters. Great customer service. They have a variety of e- bikes. I would recommend doing business with them.

Loann & Larry are such great people. I used to be a long time customer with Sinclairs Motorsports however due to horrible service and racist interactions I chose to switch to Armada! And I'm glad I did. I was greeted with respect and their customer service is wonderful. Larry and Loann are super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I had such a great visit that I came back the next day and bought a lithium powered electric motorcycle. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Larry is super knowledgeable about electric vehicles. I was in the market for an electric scooter and had a ton of questions. He answered all of them and explained a great deal about how to care for my new electric scooter. He also let me know that there are a lot of aftermarket things that can be added on in the way of storage and security accessories.
His selection is great and prices are on par. I would highly recommend doing business with him.

Not even open when he says he is. Drove all the way here after calling and it is closed. He was rude when I called him back and and then he hung up on me. He should shut down and find something better to do then waist customers time. I was looking for a scooter for my daughter but I will shop at an other store then. Thanks for nothing Larry.

This guy is the most dangerous type of idiot, the type that thinks they know everything. He will melt your bike and leave you hanging on the side of the road. Doesn't answer his phone but replies by text, as if talking to his customers is beneath him. Last visit he let some one crash a bike right into mine then argued about the price of the replacement part. Use at your own risk.

I bought a GIO 500W Lithium E-scooter in 2012 from Larry. I put 6000 kilometers on that bike and had a great time doing it. I'm now looking for a new scooter and will most definitely be coming back to Larry because he has been super helpful anytime I had questions or needed replacement parts. I've recommended him to friends who have ended up purchasing and they too are happy with their e-bikes and service. A+

This guy sold century batteries a scooter and it is the worst bike I have ever owned. The batteries died and I had to buy new ones no warranty. Then the new batteries died I have the Invoice to prove this. Worst battery store in Vancouver. The scooters they sell are pos and do not last at all every thing is garbage. Never again warning stay away from Century Batteries and Armada Scooters.

I bought 2 electric ATV's from EVS for my girls (ages 6 and 8). Best Christmas present ever - they absolutely love riding these machines. They're smiling non-stop whenever they're riding them. My 6 year old received a 'Tracker' and a 'Renegade' for the 8 year old. We haven't taken them off road yet (just street riding so far) but both ATV's seem well constructed and can support carrying me (I'm 190 lbs). The only issue with the quality so far is that the front tires wobble a bit. Doesn't seem to affect performance but it is something I'll keep an eye on. Also, be aware that only the rear wheels are powered (2WD). This is fine for the type of riding we do but some folks may want 4WD. This might be an option on other models.

I purchased additional batteries which are easy to swap out for extended riding. The batteries weigh a lot, 6 of them are too heavy to carry in a backpack. I'm getting 40+ minutes so far per charge. Charging takes 5-9 hours, however I've read a few articles stating fast charging these type of batteries is possible. Is this true, and if so could you recommend a fast charger?

The only issue with the batteries so far is that when the batteries start getting low we lose most of the torque making hill climbing very slow. It only starts to occur once we're at very low charge, maybe 25% remaining. Again, not a huge deal as I have extra batteries to swap but something to keep in mind before going on a long ride in the forest or riding a lot up and down hills.

I'd definately recommend buying one (or two) of these for your kids. I'll update this post if any issues arise.

I had a bad experience with this company. Then I drove to an other company Daytona Motorsports down the road and they recommended Sinclair's in Newton. They said they would fix the broken scooters or part them out and give us a credit for new ones. They spoke highly of the mechanics working at Sinclair's. Said they where the best in electric scooter repairs parts and service.
We did this and now have the best quality scooters no break downs.

Armada sold us poor quality china made scooters that fall apart. Forced us to pay cash? Our scooter did not last 1 week before it fell apart. Peddles fell off no big deal bolted them back on. Then the speedo stopped working and steering is very loose, safety hazard. Also our older scooter he said he boosted caught on fire the wires melted. Nice job Larry. I should have gone with my gut feeling and stayed away from this place. Just in for the quick buck and now does not care at all. Said we abused the scooters what a joke he wont even look at them now. I work for Revenue Canada and will be taking steps to look into his cash transactions now. You never know who you get upset and now have to deal with the consequence's. Bought an armada scooter and it has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I was warned about China made scooters and I wish I listened. The scooter wires melted and stopped working after 1 week of easy riding. When I called to get it repaired I was greeted by a rude person and told me it was my fault. I was told the warranty was over and I was refused service. I called to see this person and when I arrived he closed the door and told me to f off and he was calling the police on me. What a clown. I should of known seeing this pathetic little shop with no parts or service center. I have since bought from an other very reputable dealer in Surrey. And have had the best times riding the new scooter. I lost over $1000 and learned my lesson. I was not going to write this review but I needed to get this off of my chest. Do not trust the guy by the name of Larry M. All he cares about is the money and only the money.

I knew you would say that but the truth is all you cared about was the money. After you got paid and we had problems you where rude and did not help us. Every excuse in the book. Good luck telling people you have parts when they get there they we see for them self's. Also you do not know how to fix them. Had to go to a pro shop to get good results.
