Went in to buy 3- 18L pails of Project Source 10x Resurfacer. They required tinting. Even after a store page, no one came to help. Left after 20 minutes.

Ii bought Allan Block tops as this Rona was the only store close to where I live that had them. Since they were heavy, I asked one of the outside workers to help me load. He was very helpful.

Worst customer service. Always short staff. Dont honor website price and unable to help find a product even though website says they have 23 of that item in stock. Poor service waste of time

It's small compared to most Rona's. It's actually more for local urban customers than for contractors. Nevertheless it does offer a lot for customers in terms of home.improvements and home renovations.

Felt staff was very incompetent. A simple phone in hold for an item couldn't even be done properly. The item number was confirmed over the phone and the wrong item was on hold. Asked staff to get me the item and they told me they had none left...
