I think they should hire staff that can read and understand English. Both times I ordered delivery they get my order wrong. They should know the difference between regular and spicy chicken.

This location needs to keep better stock on the plant based sandwich. Multiple times I’ve come here for it and been told they are out. If you know it sells, you should keep sufficient stock. Especially on the day you have it as the special.
