Last weekend I bought a Milano+ E-bike from Juerg and he made the whole purchasing experience very comfortable and was quite informative, so I felt confident with my choice.
We had a small issue with the charger a few days later, which he took care of for us under warranty.
It is situations like this, that makes me so glad that I purchased my bike from a store instead of just getting it online.

I meant to post this here but somehow ended posting it on the Surrey location. This happened in Q1 2021
Terrible. Just tried to go to the store in North Van. Opened the door and was met with a very discourteous « can you wait outside ». 2 mins later someone else walks in and isn’t asked to leave. I understand Max occupancy, but when you are selling a $3000 bicycle you could have better manners. A simple coming outside to say « hey sorry we are at our max.or, thank you for your patience, or sorry but I’ll be able to get you in in a minute. Nothing of the sort. Bad manners. Lost business.

Juerg at Cit-E-Cycles in North Vancouver went far above and beyond after someone vandalized our bike. He had the part on hand, got us rolling again very quickly, and tuned up the kickstand while he was at it.
It's great to have this new location of Cit-E, because e-bikes are such a great fit for the North Shore.
We bought our Tern GSD from Doug at Cit-E on Broadway (also great!) and LOVE the bike:)

Today marked the day I purchased my very first beautiful bike of a beast Stromer ST1 LM.
With help of Juerg Moser from NV City Cycle I was able to make my own decision based on what was the best fit for me. There are a lot of e-bikes on the market and it can be very confusing. Luckily for me Juerg knows his stuff, he explain it to me in a way that I could relate to and understand. Needless to say after test riding and visiting his store couple of times I got my yellow Stromer and rode proudly having great time. Thank you kindly.

Bought my Tern GSD here and I love it! I looked at every other cargo bike out there and this one definitely ticked all of my boxes and it was actually reasonably priced for a Bosch cargo bike.
