Got my bike today Jamie is a pretty cool guy knowledgeable and patient with me I'm a noob. This will help reduce the time spent on public transit.

I Got the milano plus ️ it rips 32 KM HR so far so good thanks again I couldn't be any happier. The transaction was made a bit difficult by my bank but I figured it all out within a day.

3 month check in no big issues - knock on wood.needed to stop by for a tuning because I was not shifting the gears at all. Note to self treat it like a regular bike with a battery.

Jamie never made me feel stupid at all fixed it up within hours for me and it was covered under the warranty.

I am very much impressed with the advice and recommendations provided by Jamie. Jamie took the time to really understand my bicycle needs and to recommend what bicycle would work best for me. Highly Recommend! Five Stars. Jamie is a highly qualified e-bike expert. Absolutely no pressure sales, and first-rate service. Jamie is a one man show, and has incredible patience. If you are even remotely thinking about an e-bike, you should visit Cit-E Cycles. I am thrilled with my Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 500 Allroad. It has taken me places I would otherwise never get to go. The first day I rode it out of the shop, down to the Blue Bridge, and took the Galloping Goose all the way to Sooke. 55K! The next day I rode past the Sooke Potholes, and up to Leechtown. I now have almost 500k on it, and I will never look back!

I just bought a Tern HSD-S8I from Jamie he sourced the bike had it into the store from Vancouver, put together and ready for a test ride in only a few days. He explaineds all the details a new ebike owner should know and suggested accessories for your type of riding.

Wow! Jamie is great with lots of knowledge. We have visited several shops selling e-bikes and this was the best in terms of background experience and knowledge about e bikes!

Went in looking for an Enduro e-bike. They had a CUBE Stereo Hybrid 160 HPC TM 625 27.5 on display. Impressive bike. Jamie was very help and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate his expertise and the time he gave me.

Finally bought a eBike here. Worked out well. Not such a busy location and as the name says.only deals with eBikes. A pretty local chain of 5 stores on the island and mainland. I was able to buy another local product, the Surface 64 Colt. When we had a minor noise from the brakes, the service person was super helpful, taking it for a test ride, pulling the pads, and resurfacing them. I'd go back when looking for another eBike for sure.

Do not buy from this guy. He’s extremely rude and unhelpful. He is so disrespectful and treats people very badly. Unfortunately purchased two bikes from him and he was awful! Total idiot. Do not buy from here

I had a great experience purchasing my Magnum Metro from Jamie at Cit-e-bikes Victoria. He was helpful and informed. Three weeks after I purchased the bike, and had done some riding, I had some mechanical problems not of my doing. Jamie quickly fixed the problem, and I was back on the road. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop.

Bought my first ebike at this bike shop and I am very happy with my purchase and the service. The location is easy to find and they have a great range of selection of ebikes. Jamie was very helpful and answered all my questions while I was trying out some bikes, the service after my purchase was excellent as well. If you are looking to buy an ebike, this should be the first place to check out in Victoria.
