Doug knows what he is talking about and not just reading the specs like other bike shops. It’s free building too compared to $165 to help you build a bike at other location. They have the best deal too!

Cold, dismissive, abrasive customer service. Maybe they were having a bad day, but it’s not a place that made me feel inclined to spend several thousand dollars.
