The Stanley park closure hours is unacceptable. You can't access Stanley park for your morning workout until after 9 am and they have employed gate keepers at all entrances standing there. Its SO bright at 8am and even at 7am. I should be able...

I pulled up to the landfill and saw a man holding the gate shut. I said Hi, all I got. . The man interrupted me and said We're closed! The man then proceeded to open the other gate so I could get turned around. No customer service there...
