Customer service is excellent, they'll go the extra mile and are friendly. Only reason for 2 and not 4 stars is Service center tried to charge me $60 service charge to take a simple chip from laptop A to laptop B, probably should be included...

The guys looked at my computer, told me what was wrong with it, and didn't charge me a cent. Knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

I did not use their repairs services, but I did call asking if they had SSD screws because the one I ordered on amazon did not come with them. The owner was very nice and gave me a package of SSD screws for free! Very nice folks
