What can I say, but outstanding service from beginning to end. Julien and the whole staff made me feel comfortable with their knowledge of all their products and the whole Ebike industry. The moment I walked into the store/shop I knew I would be buying my new Ebike from them. It had a great selection of Bikes and accessories, but having a view of a full service shop gave me piece of mind for my new purchase. Good luck in your new location!

New to here, and was and was hoping to purchase a e-bike from this store.

By the looks of it customer service isn’t good. I’m the type that looks at reviews to where I really want to spend my money and very disappointed to read some reviews.
Customer service is everything and the approach of it to make sure that customer comes back.
I will be looking for a place that helps out instead of tears down during a purchase.

My family just moved here and we’re going to purchase 4 new e-bikes so we could all ride together and was looking at going to purchase from your store but after what you did to these people with the 20% bull on a bike carrier with your not so professional staff we will be looking elsewhere. Thanks for the heads up. Make sure everyone knows this. Their loss they could of had a great sale cause we would of purchased a rack as well.

I'm a returning customer of E Ride. I bought my last e-bike from there, so I wanted to go back to them out of loyalty and to support local.

I'm looking at a $3,000 bike. I still do my research and look around and see what everyone is selling this bike for. You know, my due diligence. I find that Best Buy is offering the bike I want for $300 less than everyone else, including E-Ride. Bills are tight, so for me $300 is a lot of savings.

Still out of a desire to support local and my bike shop, I check out E Ride's website. Looking around if they have the same or a comparable deal. I did however notice on their website a declaration in bold letters, "we won't be undersold. " So I presume there could be some price matching, if they won't let anyone sell for less.

I call them up, I'm calm and polite the entire time. I ask them if they have said bike in stock - yes. I tell them I'm a returning customer and noticed the bike for $300 less at BestBuy and asked if they price match. And knowing they won't be undersold, I felt it was a fair question. As well, I'm a customer/human being trying to make it by too in this economy. The person I was speaking to, immediately scoffed and told me "you people are killing us" ranting on and on about people shopping at Costco and Best Buy. This guy doesn't even know me by the way.

I'm not here for an unsolicited soapbox speech on the difficulty of running a small business or to be judged.
I'm here for a bike to drive me to work. I let him know I also have to watch my bottom line too and that extra $300 (plus the taxes on that) is killer for me, and hung up.

If he told me respectfully that they can't afford to price match dollar for dollar and they also didn't have that declaration on their website, but instead kept me on the phone, I could have maybe been swayed. I didn't buy the bike because of Best Buy or Costco. I bought a bike elsewhere because of the poor attitude and customer service.

My husband and I went to Kelowna Eride on Saturday to look at e-bikes. We test drove 2 and were immediately hooked. The service was above and beyond excellent and we were informed about the bikes very well by our salesman Julien. We ended up buying 2! Thank you so much for your help.you now have customers for life

Unbelievable incredible service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had our bike fixed and back on the road in no time. I would highly YES, highly recommend anyone to go see their store/shop huge selection and unbelievable service…. Sorry I’m just blown away by their service and thoughtfulness truly exceptional! THANKS for making my precious little boy smile!

I took my electric scooter in to get the battery tested. They got me in right away and did everything they could to try and boost the battery so it would charge.
Great guys and very knowledgeable about E bikes!
I would totally recommend Kelowna E Ride!

I was very impressed with the whole staff. 'Hats off' to Herman for going the extra mile. I needed a tire for my scooter that they didn't sell me originally. They happened to have a quality replacement tire and the staff to make the tire change. It wasn't any easy job but they were all courteous and kept me informed as to their progress. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Our daughter has a Blue Rev Trio, purchased from Kelowna E Ride a couple of years ago, that needed a flat repair, through no fault of her own. We didn’t know what the problem was but these guys fixed it after only having it for one day, even though they are very busy. Additionally, they only charged for a few minor parts. Thank you to the people at Kelowna E Ride!

Herman is a great guy. He helped us troubleshoot my Gio scooter (and we didn't even buy it from him) Very nice. They answer the phone and genuinely seem to care. A great example of local customer service.

Very friendly, eager to help. I showed up unexpected with my fatbike and they got my problem fixed right away. Clearly, they love bicycling.

I went in hear yesterday because I am having problems with my electrical scooter. However since I did not purchase it from them they will not even try to fix it for me. The employee told me he could fix it but since I didn’t purchase it from them they can’t help me. If I can’t get my scooter fixed And need to buy a new one I will not buy it from this company since they only help people who purchased from them. Such a joke! We are all “humans” living on this planet once and we should help each other if we can. Honestly terrible customer service and not trying to make new customers.

That’s honestly your response? I bought my scooter at moto toyz that is no longer in business. Your just as rude as your employees.

Unbelievably great service. They know exactly what they are doing and were able to repair my bike while I waited. Will be back again the next time my son crashes the ebike. Thanks
