Excellent service! Me and my husband started with 3 months contract and now we renew for 6 months. Once was a misunderstanding on my side but now everything is fine and I want to apologize for my reaction.

They don't answer the phone. So I go there and to print a label costs 2.50.rip off place

Here’s an idea: put your holiday hours on your website. I think it’s awesome that employees get off early the Friday before Christmas, but maybe share that tidbit with folks coming to pick up packages that FedEx failed to deliver.:)

After leaving a delivery notice on my saying that the package would be available at the local UPS access point store, an hour and a half later online tracking shows that the package was delivered to some random woman named Kara. My package is lost...

Awesome friendly people. Buy an American stamp and they will drive your letter across the boarder and mail it for you, for the same price as Canada Post. What is there ti think about? Fast delivery or two weeks with Canada Post?

Small service area and can be crowded. I was told that documents for shredding would be placed in a locked container awaiting shredding. Not so. As it turns out, if the container is full, then documents are stored elsewhere in the store awaiting...

They didn't ring the doorbell so my package set outside for a couple hours. It's a simple task to ring a doorbell when you drop the package off. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be at delivery person. Poor service. Very poor service...

UPS doesn’t even TRY to deliver. All my neighbours know it as well. We leave notes by the buzzer and do they buzz? NO! All day expecting a package just to receive a “sorry we missed you”.
