Carmilla's poor attitude in handling customer issues is appalling. Absolutely not there to resolve your issues or to help you except to iron wall any discrepancies. Very greedy bank and terrible customer service.

If you are only able to go to a teller before 10: 00am this place is always understaffed. Be prepared to wait at least 1/2 hour in line. Not the tellers fault, but management.

I am trying assist my mom and reschedule an appointment as she is in the hospital and there is no way i can reschedule witout talking to a person. This is ignorant of RBC TO FORGET ALL ABOUT PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE A COMPUTOR OR KNOW HOW TO USE ONE.

They have to do a hard credit check to tell you if you even can get an account. Won't tell you if you can or can't get an account without doing it. So you could hurt your credit for nothing.

I try to go to other branches when I need in-person things to be done. I experience too many mistakes from this branch. Also, long waits and few tellers.

If scared if homeless people sleeping by atm make it so you need the card to open the doors.
