The staff that helped me, Andrea, was quite knowledgeable but I found her to be somewhat abrupt and a bit rude. When dealing with customers one should exhibit some degree of social courtesy. Especially being a store manager.

Delivery attempted 8: 37 am, really I'm home all day with 2 puppies. Every other delivery has been left on the porch. Don't believe any attempt was made.
