Brought the machine to fix on 10/15/23, being forgotten for five months. No UPDATE CALL.i was patient. I called in on 3/1/23 at 9: 30 am. They had no clue where my machine was, at all. Waited the call back patiently 6 hours. Again, I was waiting...
