First of all l, would of been ashamed to work here. These location is the worst location in bc as far as i know. They delivery drivers never ever show up or call the buzzer number. They just pretend and leave a door tag. Shame on you Fedex

I was very pleased with my experience today at UPS. It was busy and I was treated well and the process was very efficient. Highly recommend this location at Blundell and Number 2 road in Richmond.

FedEx is the worst shipping service you could possibly ever use. UPS makes them look good and that says a lot.

Don't waste your time with delivery from this location, just go pick it up. Multiple times now I've had deliveries delayed due to Unable to deliver - street number not found. They sort my package onto the wrong truck without fail each time...

Apparently they don't deliver to p.o. Boxes, fair enough. Go to pick up my package at Purolator and they won't let me take my package because my ID has a different address. Obviously I don't live at the post office.

Even with weather difficulties you still delivered my shipment without extra delays. I thank you for that.specially the supervisor named Nadia who took the initiative to get the package to my shop so we do not miss our clients deadline.

Unable to ship my package from this location. Being in the business of shipping you'd think they'd stock shipping waybills but nope. No waybills available. And so i took my package and left.

I saw the low ratings and had to review. I use this location to drop off Amazon returns and never had a problem, staff is always friendly. Keep up the great work guys.
