Halie was great. There were some issues with setting me up. I had limited time and it took longer than expected but was grateful when Halie reminded me I had to leave to get in time for my appointment.

It was 604 when I pulled into Selkirk Manitoba last night 40 below my phone chargers had broken and I needed to purchase one. I went into MTS bell mobility ware they said open, but when I approach the cash register. They told me they were closed. I explained I was on the highway and I had no phone charger. Could they please tell me four of them they said no. It’s now 6: 04 PM as I left the store I wish them a wonderful day and one of the employees told me they thought Telus was open yet. I walked into the store at 6: 04. I asked the girl if she could still make a sale. She said yes her name is Ashley. She works for Telus. She sold me five chargers and she cleaned my phone when I left I saw that she then close to store and left. What a wonderful soul and a great employee.
I will be looking to Telus for my future telephone needs

Took my phone in to get it fixed but unfortunately i had to take it back after waiting two weeks as i did find elsewhere that had the replacement screen in stock.can't blame the staff because covid has many things backed up.but all the workers are friendly and understanding and their prices are fair.
