Loved working with Austin! Transition from Bell worked great and I have better coverage now!

They give you a quote with all these ''deals'' and the ''deals'' are always very misleading or inaccurate. Also, once the tower sharing agreement ends. Telus has next to nothing. Go with Rogers or Bell.

Buy online. One of the big promises they give you for buying in store instead of online is the support they give you afterwards but after messaging Tracey for days she has not responded at all. It has been a week since the first message. Empty promises

I went shopping for a new phone today because my Telus phone was due for bring it back. I went to both Telus and Roger's. I was interested in the Samsung 23 galaxy ultra. Bottom line Roger's offered a better deal. My phone bill will actually go down by $40.00, apparently it pays to shop around. I had 30G now I have 50G
I liked my old Samsung but if you got to pay for what's remaining on the bringbit back program, I may as well upgrade to the latest phone.
I think the young man's name was Kent, he helped out so much and talked to this ole lady with terms that made sense. Here's hoping the service with Roger's is as good or better then Telus.

Kent held his composure very well as the next customer kept tearing a strip off of him for a tablet issue that was nothing to do with them. He did try his best and even made phone calls to try and help this young lady out too.

Very Friendly service.they helped me get what I needed with NO fuss. Always been a fan of telus I javelin tried all other providers, I always find telus is the only one who gets things done.

The reason I went in was for a new tab carry over from Koodo. It took FOREVER, and the Koodo website to do this on was "broken", BUT Tia worked hard and spent hours on the computers and the phone to finally get things to work and everything worked out well. The process was crazy long but Tia did a great job with what she had to work with.

She went above and beyond expectations to find out what kinds of phones I like and then finding the best deal for me. On top of that, she worked really hard to make sure that all of my stuff transfered properly. Totally would recommend this location based off my experience today.

Jeff was great! No pressure sales, extremely polite and knowledgeable! He will be missed in Steinbach that’s for sure. Don’t think they’ll find someone even close to good enough to replace him. My second time doing contract on 5 phones with him and it was painless other then on the wallet over time but that’s not his fault lol
