Was helped right away by Christian! Was very friendly and professional. Helped me with getting a new phone!

Primi was wonderful. She phoned to say my phone was in. We made an appointment for me to go in. She was working alone but got me set up very quickly even though she had to speak to other customers that came in. Would definitely deal with her again.

Steven was helpful. He also pays attention to clients, and listens. A lot better than first I met him a month ago. Also he remembers me (I hope in a good way!). Hope he will improve on knowing their products more (esp plans, and setting up in the system) because that could really help him become more efficient and effective as a sales person.
Way to go!

We went in to the 4L communication store on Pembina and had all our questions answered and all services completed in under 15 mins. There is are really great customer service at this location. Thanks for all the help.

Steve Dunlop, our Telus rep was awesome! Not only did he focus on the job at hand (3x renewals with device upgrades), he even took interest in our conversation, and interacted with us about it too. You don't always get that.
He offered some great accessories as well.
He mentioned that he is in business sales, so isn't up front too often, but we couldn't tell at all. A great Telus team member. Would enjoy the chance to deal with Steve personally again, next time.

Parth was amazing, he was very patient, as we were having continued issues with customer service at EPP. In total we were at the store almost 4 hrs and he continued to work on the issue. EPP gets a big zero for wasting ours and Parths time.

I was switching from Xplore to Koodoo and Connor was more than helpful. I was able to keep my number and services were up within 30mins.

Aaron was super helpful and very patient with us. We switched from Bell mts to Telus and Aaron helped us with our 3 plans.

Horrible experience.kinda felt like he is avoiding me.he refuse to provide me the service as I have out of provence ID but on the other hand other tellus store provided me what I want.

Dropped in to see options to move over to Telus from Rogers and Connor hooked it up! Checked out every option possible to give me the best bang for the buck, ended up getting double the data for nearly the same price I was paying at Rogers. Highly recommend!

Conner was working today and his was amazing! There was several tech problems and he was able to navigate through it all to find solutions. After 2 days of previously being sent from person to person, he made sure that all problems were corrected before I left.

Had a great experience at this store. On a busy Saturday, Ryan, the sole employee, helped my mom upgrade her phone all the while assisting multiple customers at one time. He was very helpful, courteous and calm despite being very busy. Awesome customer service!
