We were very lucky to have Nikolas helping us today at Telus in Portage La Prairie, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Makayla was super helpful throughout the entire process. The store was very busy and she took the time to answer all my questions and found me the best possible deal.

I wasn't satisfied leaving Telus with a NEW phone that didn't work properly when I left plus I didn't have the option to get a new cell number which I wanted with a new phone under my contract.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff - had the solution completely functional in minutes. It was very apparent from chatting with Nikolas that he really knows his telecom and tech stuff which is a great asset for working at a phone retailer. Sometimes you get staff who just read the info on the box to you, as if that's helpful. This was a refreshing change from box-readers!

My experience at Telus was great. The staff member (Jakob) who worked with me was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions clearly and offered extra information.

Very impressed with this company. They keep track and inform us when our contracts are almost up. Dennis is super patient, kind, and very informative, and really takes the time to explain any of the questions I had. He totally deserves a raise!

There was difficulties with the transfer from my old phone to my new one and he was so good. He was patient, he tried to think out of the box to troubleshoot. We even went old school to get the transfer done.

Got the phone in I wanted. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out in good time.

I went in to renew my contract with Telus. Jakob helped me the entire time which was an endless situation. The correspondence on the phone and the internet had glitches. He was very business mannered with them but oh so apologetic with me. The situation was not his fault but he stuck to the end result with out faulted. Even helped me add my new phone to my vehicle.
My complaint is the company with their confusing correspondence. I have been inquiring about my contract since April. It took several visits to the store.
In a way I felt they were booting me around. I spent about 3 hours today.
Some of this situation should have been avoided. Thank God for Jakob at Telus in Portage la Prairie Manitoba. He was my savior today.

My experience was really fast and good, was surprised to get my sim card replaced for free after having my phone stolen.
