I was very excited to build my house with A&S, so I built my house with them and got the house in August 2021. I wish I had seen the reviews before choosing them. The living area ceiling finish was so poor that we started noticing it within a few months (the poorly finished ceiling was there all the time but not much noticeable). We got giant cracks in the walls (which were fixed after millions of emails from myself to them). The parging was so poorly done that it started flaking off even before the snow came. There is a leak in the garage wall, the water smears inside the garage when I wash my porch. There are small holes in my baseboards throughout the house, which appeared within few months. The driveway damaged after the first winter even though we did not use any snow melters and the damage is at the end of the driveway closer to the street. But upon sending pics and explaining them they said it could be due to any parked vehicle on the driveway. We only have 2 vehicles and we don’t need to park them at the end of the driveway. A leakage started in one of the washroom faucets after a year. I had emailed them so many times for ceiling fix with pictures which was supposed to be fixed at the year end even though it was reported within few months of possession. The assessment had been done many times, they had sent someone to fix but no ladder and then no one came back. I was also told that the service will not cover the paint because it’s a year end service, but I had reported it as soon we noticed and the poorly finished ceiling was there since we got the house. After waiting for many months I contacted them again and reminded of all the unaddressed issues including ceiling fix, garage leaking, parging and holes in baseboards. I was asked to send pictures again. There is no communication between their team, lack of professionalism, poor quality material is used to build your dream house which will damage within few months and after a year they will not reply to your emails. I had to call the office to see if the person who I am trying to contact is still working with them and the person still works with there but replies once in a while after many follow up emails, and the answer will be I am waiting for my trade partners to reply or someone will come to your home for assessing the issue.
Not a happy client A&S, provide good material and experienced workers to do the job. The office staff needs to be more active.

I have posted this review almost two weeks ago but still no one replied to my review from A&S which shows how in active their team is.

Have a deposit on hold for the landscape for 3 years and still cannot get it back. Emailed them a number of times and no reply. Called the office a few times but no one picked up the phone. No one called back after leaving voice mails. Completely irresponsible attitude and simply do not care customers. I am 100% confident that only ghosts are working there except the reception who can only direct calls to voice mails.

Very professional company! Shoutout to Zallie she has responded to all my inquiries and never leaves you hanging. Always punctual and extremely friendly. She emphasizes a lot with the homebuyers and is Awesome Best builder in Winnipeg!

Poor quality workmanship. Missing stucco from roof area causing lots of water to come inside garage when it rains, garage door frame was not levelled so cold air comes into house when door is closed. These problems presented itself after a years time so right now it's a pain trying to get them to fix anything. House bought 2020.
